2015 Disney Platinum Plan

2015 DISNEY PLATINUM PLAN
Valid for arrivals 1/1/15 - 12/31/15
Welcome
to the Disney Platinum Plan.
If your vacation dreams require that extra special touch, then the
Disney Platinum Plan was created for you. It offers you a magical
combination of fun and convenience. You’ll enjoy a complement of
fantastic dining, recreation and entertainment options. This plan is full
of possibilities!
Dining
Most of the restaurant locations in Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water
Parks, the Downtown Disney ® Area and Disney Value, Moderate, Deluxe
and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels accept the Disney Platinum Plan (please
see a list of participating restaurants beginning on page 3).
Number of Meals During Your Package Stay
The Disney Platinum Plan includes one (1) breakfast, lunch and dinner
and two (2) snacks per person, per night of your package stay for
everyone in the party ages three and over. The plan also includes one
(1) Rapid Fill Resort refillable drink mug per person that is valid for the
length of your stay (eligible for refills at self-service beverage islands at
Quick-Service locations at any Disney Resort hotel).
Using Your Meals
e You can redeem more than your allotted meals or snacks per day, if you
wish, until your total number of meal/snack entitlements is depleted.
e All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your Rapid Fill
Resort refillable mug expire at midnight on your package reservation
check out date.
e You can also find plenty of locations where you can redeem your
Snacks - just look for this symbol
on the menu boards at QuickService restaurants, most outdoor food carts and select merchandise
locations to identify what is eligible as a Snack.
The Disney Platinum Plan and its components may not be
redeemed for cash in whole or in part, sold separately,
transferred or refunded. Theme Park admission is required
for selected items/activities. Advance reservations are
strongly recommended and may be required at some TableService restaurants participating in the Disney Platinum
Plan. Some facilities, activities, tours and recreation
equipment rental may require advance reservations. Use is
subject to availability and the local rules and regulations of
the operating area. Operating hours, menus, entertainment,
Characters, participating locations, components and terms
are subject to change without notice.
e Please Note: Certain items are not included in the Disney Platinum
Plan such as:
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Items that are more than a single serving (such as a box of
doughnuts or a jar of peanut butter)
• Items (such as popcorn or drinks) that are served in a Souvenir
Container
• Items that are sold from Recreation Rental Counters
• Items that are considered Merchandise (such as Bottle Toppers,
Glow Cubes and Bottle Straps)
• Special Dining Events with special menus offered at certain
Table-Service locations
Disney Platinum Plan features are based on the length of
your package stay at your Disney Resort hotel. The owners
of the Walt Disney World® Resort shall not be liable
or responsible for the non-utilization of Disney Platinum
Plan components due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement
weather, or any other circumstance beyond their control.

Redeeming Your Meals
e Present your valid Disney Resort ID (either a MagicBand or card)
to the server or cashier at the time a meal or snack is purchased
and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for
Guests ages 10+ on your Disney Platinum Plan and the number of
meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages three to nine on
your Disney Platinum Plan.
e Guests ages three to nine must order from a children’s menu where
available.
e Gratuities are not included except at Dinner Shows, Private
In-Room Dining and Cinderella’s Royal Table.
• An additional form of payment is needed if you add a gratuity
and have not provided a credit card at check-in to charge
incidentals and other expenses to your room.
• An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill for
parties of six or more.
• An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for
items you order that are not included in the Disney Platinum Plan
(e.g. Alcoholic Beverages).
e Choosing items from a separate prix fixe menu offered at certain
locations requires payment of a surcharge in addition to redeeming
a meal entitlement.
e You may not redeem meals or snacks for any Guests who are not on
your Disney Platinum Plan.
e The Disney Platinum Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age
of three, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a
meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will
be added to your bill.
Tracking Your Meals
e Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your reservation.
