All Themed Parties must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. To book or enquire about availability please call our Customer Service Team. Spaces are available at many of our great facilities/parks/pavilions. For facility bookings, availability and rental fees, please contact our Customer Service Team. Theme Party packages Customer Service Team: 905.688.5601 ext. 1927 Special notes • Parent supervision is required for the duration of the party, and is required during the staff led activities. • Certain facilities may have a fridge/freezer and stove (for reheating purposes only) available on site for use. This is included in the price of the party but subject to availability (not available for Skating Party or Carousel Party). • Staff will assist with party clean up however parents are also expected to encourage respectful use of the facilities (no food fights, rough housing, destructive behavior, proper bathroom etiquette, etc.). • Some facility rooms have maximum capacities and not all parents may be allowed to participate if the max. capacity is exceeded. • Booked parties will not be refunded; however, a party may be rescheduled within the calendar year with a minimum of 72 hour notice. • Pool Party: Please review the Admittance and Supervision Requirements for children participating in the swimming portion of the birthday party. We encourage parents/guardians of the children participating to attend the swimming portion only, free of charge, to ensure their child’s participation and safety in the water.
