GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
RPM - Discover your athlete within! Ride the terrain with your inspiring cycling
team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, speed work
and interval training. - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
BODYPUMP – Be inspired to achieve real results in this all body workout with
weights to challenge all major muscle groups. Great music, fantastic exercises!!
BODY ATTACK – The powerful music will motivate you to get fit and fitter in this
high energy interval training class combining athletic, strength and stabilisation
exercises.
BODY VIVE – You will leave feeling thoroughly invigorated, rejuvenated and
energised!! A low impact, whole body workout to boost fitness and core strength.
BODY STEP – Step your body into shape! Cardio blocks push fat-burning
systems into high gear followed by muscle-conditioning tracks that shape and
tone your body. Athletic version - More functional and intense exercises that will
challenge you more physically.
CXWORX – Strong, tight and toned core! Dynamic training for back, glutes, abs
and obliques will leave you looking good and feeling strong.
BODY BALANCE – Build flexibility and strength with Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates
moves. Leave feeling centred and calm…..
BODY COMBAT - Strike, punch, kick your way through calories to superior
cardio fitness. An energetic program, inspired by martial arts.
SH’BAM – Seriously hot dance moves. Let out your inner star while working out
to chart topping popular hits.
PILATES – Fantastic posture, strong core and stabilising muscles. Relaxation to
finish…
YOGA – Improve breathing, posture and concentration with this dynamic form of
yoga for urban people with time constraints.
BOXFIT – High cardio workout for the whole body, for a strong, lean look.
ALSO AVAILABLE
STRENGTH FOR LIFE – A fully supervised strength orientated class
recommended for people who are over 50. The program is aimed at regaining and
maintaining strength, improve bone density and increase mobility.
KIDS DANCE FITNESS – Exciting fitness for kids with fun dance moves.
Keeping them active, improving co-ordination and rhythm and providing a
fabulous interactive opportunity to make new friends.
Student friendly classes (10yrs+)
All express classes run for 30 minutes (including CXWORX). Use these classes
as an introduction to group fitness or for a quick workout when you can fit it in!
