Our comment: Very close to MIP Politecnico Bovisa (walking distance) within easy reach from the
center of Milan by subway rail S5/S6 (Villapizzone). Generous size, very nice apartments, very
friendly management. Though, the area close by is a bit dodgy. Women can feel unsafe after dark.

Domo Partners is a real estate company based in Milan and operating since 1990. It offers several
housing services and in particular manages a number of one bedroom and two bedroom apartments
in the Bovisa area.
Services Offered
Domo Partners offers different rental services, corresponding to the following different contract
types:

4 years + 4 years of automatic renewal, except for particular cases. Early termination is
subject to official notice, usually 3 months prior to the vacation of premises.
Temporary use contracts: from a minimum of 5/6 months to a maximum of 12 months
Conditions
Withdrawal from the contract: two-month notice prior to the day you intend to vacate the room.

Our Comment
Apartments contain basic furniture and are in walking distance to MIP. The area is an outer suburb,
crowded at day (due to university students) but can feel isolated at night and weekends.

Dotstay – www.dotstay.it
Dotstay is an online housing network that provides assistance to students looking for rental options. The
service works by matching student details and residential preferences with available listings across Milan and
surrounding areas.
An additional bonus of the Dotstay service is the possibility to book temporary accommodation in a hotel,
bed and breakfast or apartment for a minimum of 1 week, whilst you look for more suitable long term
accommodation in Milan.
All communication and agreements must be made directly between the student and Dotstay. MIP cannot act
as an intermediary.
Services Offered - Students are given 3 offers for Dotstay services, which can be booked and paid for
online. These options include DOT, which is temporary accommodation whilst searching for an apartment,
and PASS (permanent Accommodation Search Service) and PASS PREMIUM for personalised assistance
during your search.
Option 1: DOT + PASS (Temporary accommodation + housing options notices)



At least 1 week stay in temporary accommodation (DOT) booked online
Fill out an online form with indications of preferences for your long-term accommodation
Upon check-in in your DOT: receive housing offers via email or sms on possible rental options around
the city matched on your own personal preferences (PASS service) for the duration of your temporary
stay, which has a minimum of seven days.

Cost: Only pay for your accommodation, with a minimum of 7 days, in hotel or apartment lodging

Milan.
Services Offered - Italian Short Rent offers a number of rooms and apartments for rent across the city.

Personalized assistance and guidance, including accompanied tours of available apartment




These prices refer to an annual contract. An extra price can be applied for a short rent.

Conditions
Deposit: 500€ (for a short rent) or 900€ (for an annual rent) at booking confirmation by bank transfer. It
