A. LIVE AUCTION BIDDING
1. Place your bids carefully. A bid is entered by raising your bid number and being recognized by
the auctioneer.
2. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall or will be the purchaser. The auctioneer
reserves the right to settle any and all disputes, complaints, misunderstandings, errors and
sales at their discretion. The auctioneer will have the sole and final authority to determine the
successful bidder.
3. A runner will bring the bid sheet to you, indicating the item you have purchased and the amount
of your winning bid.
4. The purchaser will confirm the sale by signing an auction invoice, which constitutes a legal
contract to buy.
5. All live auction items are final sale, non-refundable and non-transferable.
B. SILENT AUCTION BIDDING
1. You will be assigned a BidPal device and accompanying bidder identification number upon
registration.
2. An item number will be displayed for each item. You may bid on an item by submitting your bid
via your BidPal device.
3. Minimum bids and minimum increases will be no less than the amounts indicated on the BidPal
device. After your bid has been submitted, it may not be deleted. Bid entries may not be changed.
If a bid does not comply with the minimum bid or minimum bid increases, we reserve the right
to delete the bid and award the item to the highest legitimate bidder, even if that bid is lower.
4. You can guarantee that you will be the winning bidder by filling in the “Buy Now” option on the
BidPal device.
5. On the BidPal device, you can anonymously and automatically bid on items by filling in the
“Maximum Bid Amount” which you fill in with your desired amount.
6. The Silent Auction will begin at approximately 5:00 p.m. A warning of the imminent closing of the
silent auction bidding will be given at approximately 7:00 p.m. and will run a live countdown on
your BidPal device. Bids will be accepted on each item until the 7:15 p.m. designated closing
time when you will be automatically checked out of silent auction bidding at that time.
7. Bidding must stop when the “auction official” closes the bidding at 7:15 p.m. The person who
places the highest bid or purchases the item via the “Buy Now” option, at the time the bidding
ceases, is obligated to purchase the item. Auction attendants will be on hand to facilitate and
answer questions. If there is any dispute an “auction official” will determine the winning bid.
8. All Silent Auction items are final sale and non-refundable. Non-transferable items are marked as
such. All items are purchased at the winner’s own risk. The winner must adhere to all deadlines
listed on their auction certificate.
C. FORMS OF PAYMENT
1. Payment must be made on the night of the event. Purchases can be made with cash, check,
American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. All sales are final. Items purchased may not be
exchanged, refunded or returned for cash.
D. OBTAINING ITEMS
1. Successful bidders must fill out the winning bid form and then the item(s) will be distributed
or shipped to the address provided by the bidder at winning bidder’s expense. If the item is a
certificate, it can be picked up when payment is made. Auction officials will handle all of the
shipping needs and a shipping cost may apply.
2. Please carefully check envelopes containing gift certificates before leaving.
E. MISCELLANEOUS
1. Most restaurants do not include alcoholic beverages, taxes or gratuity unless otherwise stated.
2. Tiger Woods Charity Event Corp. has endeavored to catalog and describe the property correctly,
but all property is sold ’AS IS.’ No statement contained in the catalog or made orally at the sale

break the cycle of poverty through college-access
opportunities for low-income students. At Tiger Woods
Learning Center campuses across the country, scholars
in grades 5-12 are immersed in an interactive STEM
(science, technology, engineering, math) curriculum.
Here, they make the connection between school
and career, while planning a road map to college.
Tailored to the needs of the first-generation scholar,
the Earl Woods Scholarship Program provides college
scholarships coupled with an unyielding support
system. But we don’t stop there. Through dedicated
mentors, professional development workshops and
internships, our one-to-one philosophy ensures the
