Session 4: July 19 - 25 Session 5: July 26- Aug. 1 A week of sleeping under the stars provides campers with an experience they will remember for a lifetime. Campers gain self-confidence, become positive team-players, expand their imagination, and develop a relationship with the natural world. Regular Sessions are for boys and girls who have completed 1st-11th grades. June Family Camp: June 26-28 Labor Day Family Camp: September 5-7 Camp Fees Space is limited, sign up early! Sessions run Sunday - Saturday, Per Session Fee: $495 Optional Add-Ins Camp Photo: $10 Sweatshirt: $25 Trading Post: $20 (recommended amount for camp store) Discounts Early Registration: -$25 (Paid in full by April 15) Multiple Session/Sibling: -$25 (2nd and subsequent session or siblings, regular session only) Current Club Member: -$20 Counselor–In–Training 2nd year: $250 Family Camp is for all ages, adults 1st year: $350 A two-summer leadership course designed for campers who have completed 10th & 11th grades. must accompany youth under 18. CITs MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 2 SESSIONS PER SUMMER (3-4 weeks strongly recommended) CIT application & reference forms (available on camp website) must be returned with registration. Camp Natoma is owned and operated by Camp Fire Central Coast of California, a 501(c)(3). 2-Night Family Camp Adults: $125 Child (under 10): $75 Special stay-over activity on June 28 for campers attending both June Family Camp and Session 1 HOW TO REGISTER: • Space in each session is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. • Complete Registration Form and return to the Camp Fire office with either one of the following: (a)Non-Refundable $200 deposit (b)Payment in full (includes deposit) • Full payment is required 10 days before the session begins. Registration payments will not be accepted at camp check-in. • If full payment is not received ten days prior to the session, Camp Fire reserves the right to cancel the registration and open the space for another child. No refund will be given. • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to ten days prior to session start date will be refunded all but the $200 deposit. NO refunds given with less than ten days notice, but fee may be transferred to another camper if space is available for their gender/ age. There is a $10 session change fee, regardless of when or why the change is made. • Upon receipt of Registration Form and fees, a confirmation packet with camp details, driving directions, balance due, health form, packing list, check-in details and other important parent information will be mailed or emailed to you. Lake Nacimiento San Miguel Paso Robles Camp Rules: Campers are expected to follow basic behavior guidelines to ensure a safe and positive environment for all. Campers will: Respect themselves, each other and the camp. Follow safety rules and instruction from staff. Have a desire to participate in camp programming in a positive way. Camp Natoma has a zero tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol and violence. Transportation: Transportation into camp is provided for all campers by BUS from a meeting location on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. Check-in time for Sunday afternoon and Pick-up time for Saturday morning will be assigned after registration is received and provided to you in your confirmation packet. Financial Aid: A limited number of “Camperships” are available thanks to the generosity of local organizations and individuals. Contact the Camp Fire Office for an application. Deadline is June 1, 2015. Accommodations: Campers and staff sleep on cots under the stars. Facilities are rustic, and include a full kitchen and screened dining hall, swimming pool, and showers.
