As an SEA NW Conference Exhibitor or Sponsor you will receive:





The knowledge that you and your company are supporting a non-profit, professional organization
whose purpose is to provide a forum for Structural Engineers in the Northwest to interact, improve
their technical knowledge, and enhance their professional skills. SEA NW works to encourage
structural engineering practice in accordance with the highest ethical and professional standards.
Direct access to regional practicing Structural Engineers and decision makers from Idaho, Washington,
Oregon, and British Columbia.
Networking opportunities with the SEA NW membership comprised of individuals and companies
interested and engaged in important issues in our profession including: relevant software technology,
building code issues, constructability, liability, design tools and tips for different construction
materials, sustainability, and good business practices.
Visibility even before the conference, through company name and logo on the SEAI website,
newsletter, announced at the monthly meetings, and other social media.
Extra bonus: Your Company can choose to be in the “spotlight” for 5 minutes immediately following
one of the technical sessions. All eyes will be exclusively on you as you highlight your company or
product! A limited number of “spotlights” will be available.
Conference Location and Information:







On the second floor of The Owyhee, Boise’s newly renovated historic building. The Owyhee is located
in the heart of downtown Boise at 1109 Main Street.
The Exhibition Room will be immediately adjacent to the Technical Session Room. (Room layout
information will be available soon!)
Each Exhibitor space will be provided with a 6 foot by 2 ½ foot table with two chairs.
Shipping and receiving information will be available soon.
Nearby and onsite parking for $3- $12 a day.
Exhibitor set up is Thursday, July 16, between 8 am and noon.
Exhibitor break down must be finished by 5pm Friday, July 17.
Exhibitor and Sponsorship Deadlines:




Company name/logo will be posted to the SEAI website and mentioned on social media after payment
has been received starting in January 2015 through July 2015.
Company recognition in the monthly SEAI newsletter will appear in the next newsletter after payment
is received. Newsletters are published during the months of January - May, and September.
Company name/logo and payment must be received before April 1st to be published in the Conference
Registration package.
Company name/logo and payment must be received before July 1st to be displayed at the conference.

Title Sponsors: A limited number of Title Sponsors will have the unique opportunity to sponsor a specific event at
the 2015 SEA NW Conference. Title Sponsors will be awarded on a “first come - first serve” basis as conference
events are planned. Examples of planned events are: Keynote Speaker Dinner (Thursday), Young Member Group
Reception (Friday Happy Hour), Conference Lunch (Friday) and Conference coffee/snack breaks. If you are
