THE OPPORTUNITY OF THE YEAR
The CIH Scotland annual conference & exhibition is quite simply the
biggest and best housing event in Scotland. We can confidently state
that if you have a product or service aimed at this sector, there is nothing
in Scotland that gets as many influential figures from the housing world
under one roof at the same time.
Last year’s event in Glasgow attracted over 1,300 delegates, exhibitors, speakers and exhibition visitors
over the three days with a mix of exhibitors and sponsors from public and private sector organisations
(you can find a complete list on page 19).
Following from the success of our brand new ‘bite-size’ sessions we’re expecting an even bigger turnout
next year. Held in the exhibition hall itself, these are free for all exhibition visitors to attend, not just
delegates. You also have the chance to host your own session in these exciting venues!
Delegates come from right across the public, private and voluntary sectors, and include high profile
figures and key decision makers. Last year’s delegates were made up of chief executives, directors, heads
of service and managers. Other delegates include housing practitioners, service delivery managers,

over Scotland.

Exhibition drinks reception – £3,000 + VAT

Venue WiFi sponsorship - £3,000 + VAT

With the increased social media interaction the conference experienced last year we are now setting up a
digital hub that will provide a live feed of the tweets and social media highlights around the conference

Bronze
The Bronze Sponsorship package offers high visibility with additional
branding, marketing, and advertising opportunities throughout the

Promotional displays – £750 + VAT each
Put your company in front of the attendees by sponsoring one of the places available. A limited number
of opportunities for organisation’s to place magazine racks or promotional plinths around the exhibition
and outside plenary and workshop rooms.
Conference bag insert – £750 + VAT
Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide one of the 5 maximum sponsored inserts in the
conference delegate bags, a perfect opportunity to target the conference audience with specific
messages, traffic drivers or information for attendees to take away. Include anything from a single sheet
to a six-page document or promotional item inside every delegate’s bag.
Hanging banners in exhibition hall – from £750 + VAT
Put your company in front of the attendees at CIH Scotland by advertising on a hanging banner
suspended from the ceiling of the SECC. Cost is dependent on the size of the banner. These are available
throughout the event venue.
Conference website advert – £750 + VAT (28 day period)
Exclusive advertising for a 28-day period on our dedicated website, www.cihscotland-conference.org, the
main vehicle for publicising the event.
Host your own sessions – £500 + VAT each
Hosted in our new mini venues, run in parallel to the main Conference and advertised in the Conference
& Exhibition Guide, these sessions are free to all visitors. They offer you a chance to address delegates on
topics of interest , linked to your products and services.
Advert in conference & exhibition guide – £795 + VAT
A full page full colour advert in the essential guide to everything that happens over the three days, which
delegates refer to over and over again.

in the designated breakdown times. Failure to do so will result in a penalty charge for
the additional fees incurred to the event organisers.
In the eventuality that CIH Scotland has to cancel an event, any fees already received
will be returned in full. We will not refund any other costs that you may incur as a
result of the event’s cancellation.
Due to health and safety regulations, you are required to wait until the agreed time of
3.30pm on Thurs 12 March 2015 before breaking down your stand. If you break down
your stand before this time, you accept that you will incur an additional charge of
£200.00, payable within seven days of receiving our invoice.
