Ontario’s Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) invite you to participate in their annual conference,
“Achieving Excellence Together” which runs May 27 – 29, 2015 at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in
Toronto. The conference is an entrée to innovation, leadership and excellence in home and community care
in Ontario today as the sector’s contribution to system transformation becomes more and more evident.
As always, the conference will feature the latest in home and community care initiatives, services. The
conference program and conversations will focus on innovations in care and the future of home care, and
include leadership, operational, research and governance perspectives in four streams:
• Achieving Excellence in Patient Experience
• Achieving Excellence through Quality
• Achieving Excellent Value
• Achieving Excellence through Governance

To help us collectively showcase the important services that we provide in communities throughout
Ontario, MCI Canada will again be our conference event management team. We are excited to continue
working with them to build on the success of last year’s event.

Exhibitor Award • WIN A FREE BOOTH {2016}
Best Tradeshow Booth Award
All exhibitors that attend the OACCAC Conference are eligible for
the Best Tradeshow Booth Award. This award is given out every
year to ONE tradeshow booth that meets the criteria listed below.
If there is a tie, staff from the OACCAC and/or the conference
planner will judge the contenders to decide on one award recipient.
As the number of exhibitors increases so does the competition.
Criteria
• Relevance to conference agenda
• Clear communication of the program and services
• Any outstanding attributes
• Booth staffs’ availability to discuss products and services
• Availability and relevance of handouts
Judges
All delegates are provided with a ballot on which they can select a
booth for the award.
Booth Allocation {2016}
Once the prospectus is released for 2016, the 2015 sponsors will have
5 business days to choose their preferred booth space for 2016. The
Best Booth winner will have the opportunity to choose their space
from designated spots that have been pre-booked. The rest of the
spaces will then be available to all other exhibitors and sponsors on a
first come, first served basis.

March 9, 2015 is the deadline for payment as an exhibitor. Cancellations
before this date are subject to a $100.00 CDN administration fee.
All exhibitor payments are non-refundable after April 27, 2015.
Reservations will be accepted in order of receipt. In the event of a
conflict the next available booth will be provided. The floor plan is
subject to change. Exhibitors will be notified of changes in writing.

Abstracts online submission form by the closing date (November 24,

of the submission so that the committee reviewing the abstracts
are informed of the session you wish to sponsor.
- All sponsor abstract submissions will be evaluated in the same
manner as non-sponsor abstract submissions, and must meet
the same quality standards as other selected abstracts. If a sponsor
has submitted multiple abstracts, the committee will select the
abstract and advise the sponsor, which one has been selected.
If only one abstract is submitted, the committee will work with
the sponsor to revise the focus/content of the submission.
