Fall - Submission 1
Fall data includes:
Snapshot data - data reflects the status of the district
on October 31, 2014. This data includes budget, staff,
organization, and student data.
Leaver data - data on graduates, dropouts, and other
school leavers identified during the 2013-2014 school
year.
Fall data are used to:
Calculate compensatory entitlement
Monitor special programs
Report to the federal government
Calculate retention
Calculate basic profiles for AEIS
Perform desk audits

*LEAs registered with TEA
with year-round tracks ending
later than June 25, 2015 may
delay resubmission until two
weeks following completion of
the latest year-round track or
August 20, 2015, whichever
comes first. However, the
initial data delivery for
submission 3 must still be
made by June 25, 2015, for
all districts. In no case will
any resubmission be
processed after August 20,
2015. Corrections made
beyond August 20, 2015 will
be handled by State Funding.
