We are delighted to present our Events Schedule for your valued consideration. All concurrent Exhibition and Conference events are:
1.
Hosted by the host country’s Ministry of Transport or leading port authority to ensure that our events are endorsed and supported by the
relevant government organisation.
2. There is a Technical Site Visit to the port the day before each event plus a Networking Welcome Reception or Gala Dinner during the
event for all registered delegates and your spouses.
3. Two working days in length that take place in 5 star convention hotels where the entire event is ‘under one roof’ removing inconvenient
daily commuting between your hotel and the event venue.
4. All Exhibitions offer cost effective fully furnished 3 x 2m. (6 square metres) Exhibition Booth Packages that simply require your
marketing materials to be checked-in at the airport removing inconvenience, risk and cost of freight forwarding and only requires one
member of staff to set up during exhibition build.
5. A guaranteed speaker place in the concurrent conference programme for exhibitors who reserve a minimum of 5 booths per year.
6. All exhibition booths include 3 free of charge conference delegate registrations worth GBP2,985 to ensure that your staff have access to
every area of the event and all event functions to ensure maximum business networking.
7. Free of charge wireless Broadband Internet access during the event inside the Exhibition whenever you wish to check your email, be in
touch with the office or clients, or give on-line presentations to visitors from the convenience of your own exhibition booth.
8. All Conference Delegate Refreshment Breaks take place inside the Exhibition and are one hour in length to ensure that delegates all have
sufficient time to personally visit your booth. Conference Delegates’ Networking Lunches and Networking Welcome Receptions often
take place inside the Exhibition.
9. Arranged with exclusive reduced accommodation rates at the Official Hotel and Venue for your cost saving and convenience.
10. We email you the full contact details of all registered delegates one week before the event to enable you to arrange in advance face to face
meetings at the event with other delegates.
11. We email you the post event contact details of all delegates together with the actual conference presentations and event photographs
within two working days after the event for your sales and marketing purposes.
