Who is the Trial for?
Players aged between 16-21 (Professional Development Phase) who are not currently
registered to a Professional Club.
How much does it cost?
The cost of the trial will be £40 per player. Please note that participants must submit
payment with their application form. Once your application has been processed you
will receive a confirmation email within 7 days. Payment must be made by Cash,
Cheque or Postal Order only. Please note when paying by Cheque or Postal Order that
payment must be made to Brentford Football Club.
What does the cost of the trial include?
Every registered player will receive:
• Matches:
Match assessment overseen by Brentford Academy staff.
• Evaluation:
Written Individual Feedback for each player after the games.
• Opportunity:
The opportunity to win a Professional Contract at Brentford Football Club.
A select few will receive:
• Match vs. Elite Academy Squad:
The best players from the trial days will be picked into a squad that will get the chance
to play against a Brentford Elite Academy Squad.
Accommodation and Transport?
Participants must organise their own means of accommodation and transport for the
trial.
Please ensure players have appropriate training wear (including shin pads) and fluids
to last each day’s matches. All matches will be on grass.

Who can register for the Trial?
All players born between May 31, 1994 and May 30, 1999 are eligible. Players will be
placed and evaluated in age appropriate groups.
What will happen if I cancel my registration?
If you have to withdraw from the event due to Injury, illness or unforeseen
circumstances, the £40 cost is refundable minus a £5 administration fee. This is only
applicable IF you notify us before 15/05/2015. If you notify us AFTER this deadline or
simply fail to attend you will not be eligible for any form of a refund. This is nonnegotiable.
When and where is the trial taking place?
Date: Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st May 2015.
Times: The matches for the 16-18 age group will take place from 09:00 – 12:00 or
13:00 – 16:00 on Saturday.
The 19-21 matches will run from 09:00 – 12:00 or 13:00 – 16:00 on Sunday.
Location: The matches on both days will take place at Brentford F.C. Training Ground
(100 Jersey Road, Osterley, Middlesex, TW5 0TP).
Note: Game times are subject to change based on total numbers and ages of registrants. All players will be placed
and evaluated in age appropriate groups.

Football Club.
In the event of me sustaining any injury whilst playing with Brentford Football Club during my trial period, I agree
that Brentford Football Club have no liability or responsibility other than me receiving emergency/first-aid
treatment as deemed necessary by the club’s medical staff (at no cost to the club i.e. referrals). This treatment will
cease at the end of my trial period with Brentford Football Club.
Non-completion of this form by both the player and parent/guardian will lead to the named player not being
permitted to train with Brentford Football Club. Player safety is our priority; therefore Brentford Football Club
reserves the right to withdraw any player from their training program on medical grounds at any time.
