Phoenix Drive, Leadenhall, Milton Keynes,

“Humility is not thinking less of yourself,
but thinking of yourself less” Mother Teresa
& Dorothy Day, remind us that equality and
peace in society can only be attained when
we learn to see others, as our brothers and
sisters. This lecture explores the
importance of humility as a key social virtue
and its role in helping us overcome the
barriers of inequality. Leonora Butau
lectures in Christian Ethics at St Mary's
University, Twickenham and is currently
working towards a doctorate in Bioethics.
