Failure to comply will result in a penalty of R1000 .00 per hour from your deposit.  Clients have the use of the chapel for one and a half hour.  Music may not be too loud – manager’s discretion  Breakages or damages to any of the Cornerstone’s property will be charge for. There is yearly price increase that occurs in the month of September. Cornerstone cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to client belongings or equipment while on the premises.  Your booking deposit of R1000 .00 is required to confirm the reservation, a breakage deposit of R4000 .00 together with a signed contract. The total amount is to be paid 7 days after the booking has been made.  Occupation of guesthouse and / or rooms on premises will only be allowed two hours before starting time of wedding.  No extra drilling ECT of walls for décor purposes may be done; any extra decorations and fancy folding of serviettes are to be done by clients.  No deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation, on cancellation one month prior to the date. You will be held responsible for half of the account of the function. The full amount will be payable on cancellation two week prior the function.  Your deposit will be withheld for possible damages ECT and be paid back in bank account.
