Class Descriptions
TC Dance Academy is Clarksville's First and Finest Sensual Fitness Provider.
At TC Dance Academy, not only will you receive an entire hour of pure pole spins and dance moves, you
will also experience The Sensual Body warm-up! This warm-up consists of gymnastic style ballistic
stretching, hip-hop inspired cardio movement, and yoga inspired strength building mixed together these elements create a sensual routine that increases heart rate and flexibility! While
lengthening and strengthening.
Sexy Flexi is the perfect flexibility and stretching class for students of all levels. In Sexy Flexi you will
learn both ballistic and isometric stretching techniques to increase active and passive flexibility. This
course focuses on shoulder, hip, and back flexibility which will have you in your splits, straddles, and
bridges in no time!
Burlesque is just that--a sensual mix of chair aerobics and burlesque dance moves that target the
bootie! This is not a choreography class! Your instructor will guide you through repetitive movements,
such as hip circles and body waves. Burlesque will release your inner sexy through the art of dance
while kicking your heart rate into high gear! You will move your body to upbeat music and forget that
you are toning and shaping your way to beautiful buns!
Abs-pole-lustily is a hip-hop inspired abs class created by TC Dance Academy owner and creative
director, TC. Say goodbye to the traditional crunch to get that toned, lean tummy you have always
wanted! You will engage your core through movements inspired by traditional and contemporary
dance! This class is sure to have you dancing right out of those sweatpants and back into your skinny
jeans!
Bi-Pole This 60-minute class combines dance choreography with pole work. The warm up consists of
exercises to enhance core strength and deep stretching for improved flexibility. Each class will begin
with learning and practicing a variety of select pole moves (spins, climbs, transitions). These tricks will
then be applied in a dance routine. All levels are welcome to attend; variations will be made for
intermediate and advanced students.
Pole-esteem combines Pilates, yoga, plyometric exercises and the art of pole dance to create a bootybusting work-out that will have you sliding into your skinny jeans in no time! The pole is used as a
vertical ballet bar to strengthen core muscles, as well as sculpt and tone a long lean body. This class is
perfect in combination with pole fitness! Combining the two classes will have you at the top of the pole
before you know it!
Pole Fitness Classes
Level 1 Pole Dance Fitness for beginner pole students. This course covers basic floor-work, beginner
spins, transitions, and beginner combinations. This class is perfect for first time students or students
perfecting Level 1 skills. Students are encouraged to take six to eight Level 1 classes before moving to
Level 2. Six classes rotate weekly; they are not progressive so you do not need to wait for a cycle to
begin. You may start at any time, as each class is structured to teach a series of new skills every week.
Level 2 Pole Dance Fitness for intermediate students. Once a student has mastered all level 1 spin
combinations and transitions, we encourage progressing to Level 2. In Level 2, students will continue to
perfect skills taught in level 1 and learn more advanced combinations. Students will begin learning to
invert and climb as well as basic aerial skills.
Vertical Vixens is an advanced class for students who are inverting and climbing properly and with
ease. In this class, students learn elite aerial combinations and advanced spin combinations.
Matrix is a multi-level class for all students, from beginner to competitor. This should NOT be your first
class; we ask that students have attended a minimum of 2 classes prior to attending Matrix. All levels
are welcome to attend these classes and will be taught at their individual level. We encourage all
students to attend this class because it is a great review for advanced students, as well as an
opportunity for new clients to see the skills they are working towards.
Sensual Pole Dance Parties thank you for your interest in private parties with TC Dance Academy! We
can promise that our private parties will exceed your expectations and introduce you to an entirely new
party experience. Private parties are a great way to get the girls together and celebrate special
occasions. Ladies host private pole parties for a number of different reasons: weddings, graduations,
going away parties, holiday parties, divorce, new moms, and any other excuse to get the gals together
for a fun night of celebrating the release of your inner Sexy!
TC Dance Academy offers several different party options to ensure that you and your guests receive the
ultimate sensual experience. We work with you to plan your party and guarantee that every detail will
exude your personality. We most commonly host parties on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays; however,
our hours are flexible and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. Our private
parties are very popular and you will want to book your party well in advance to secure your desired
time. If there is a specific date you would like to hold it is imperative that you put down your deposit as
soon as possible.
We want your party to be everything you desire to make your event special for you and your guests. TC
Dance Academy can arrange a limo service to escort you to or from the party, invite a passion party
consultant, a professional airbrush tanning artist, or even a boudoir photographer to enhance your
experience!
Party Packages
The Sensual Party
This 75-minute party is packed with fun! We have 4 party packages to choose from for your sensual
party: Pole Dance, Chair Dance, Striptease, or Burlesque. The Sensual Party starts with a champagne
toast for all guests 21 and up. Guest of honor receives a gift bag and all guests receive a sensual gift.
The Sensual Party Pole Dance Package: We will teach you and your party pals 10 to 15
new pole tricks, floor work, and choreography.
The Sensual Party Chair Dance Package: Learn a sexy chair routine that you can take home with you and
share with your friends.
The Sensual Party Striptease Package: Wear layers! Learn the seductive art of Burlesque style
striptease! We encourage our guests to dress up and have fun!
The Sensual Party Burlesque Package: Bring your corset and stilettos! Learn fun choreography that
incorporates both lap dance and line dance!
Sensual Cake & Champagne Party
This party package includes all of the Sensual Pole Party perks. An additional 30-minutes is provided for
you to enjoy cake and champagne. You may also use this time to host a lingerie shower, exchange gifts,
take photos, and enjoy time unleashing your new found inner sexy! An additional flat fee is applied to
your total cost for studio rental, cake, and champagne.
The Ultimate Sensual Pole Party
This party includes the 75-minute Sensual Pole Party. In addition to the Sensual Pole Party you receive
an additional 60- minutes for an after party. A flat fee of $125 is applied to the total cost of your party
for the rental of our studio. You may serve your own food and drinks after your group dances or we can
arrange to have your event catered. We can arrange a vibra-max experience for you and your guests, a
massage therapist, waxing services, make-up artist and/or photographer can be arranged for an
additional fee.
To Reserve Your Party:
A $100 Deposit Is Due At The Time Of Reservation. This Deposit Is Applied Toward Your Overall
Cost. Your Reservation Is NOT SECURED Until Deposit Has Been Processed.
