Orchestrating Winning
Performance will respark
your love of learning.
It is like an ‘intellectual
shot in the arm’. You will
come out of this week
with a renewed sense
of purpose, with great
practical insights, and lots
of creative energy. Plus,
you will get to network with
an amazingly diverse group
of international executives.
Staying up-to-speed on new developments is essential in order to successfully
navigate today’s business environment – an environment increasingly
characterized by volatility, complexity and ambiguity.
Orchestrating Winning Performance is an unparalleled chance to learn about
the latest management thinking and the newest global trends – helping you
to respond quickly to fresh opportunities, guide stakeholders through today’s
uncharted waters and, above all, provide direction and leadership.

REDISCOVER YOUR
SENSE OF PURPOSE
Driving true positive change in your business and
personal life requires stepping back from the day-today, questioning your assumptions, and seeking better
ways of doing things.
Orchestrating Winning Performance provides the time,
energy and knowledge to achieve this. The program
widens your horizons to new ways of thinking, gives
practical insights for overcoming challenges, and allows
the space for reflection and discussion with global
peers. As peak executive performance requires more
than just superior business skills, the program also
includes sessions designed to optimize your mental,
physical and emotional health – helping you to become a complete executive.
OWP is a mind opener, letting you
raise your thoughts above the
daily job. The program is not only
about business but also
provides a complete view of the
person – mind and body.
Miguel Pochat | Senior Manager | Accenture | Chile

It should be mandatory for all
executives to step out of their
business and attend OWP,
to ensure that we continuously
question the way we do things
and strive to do them even better.

Orchestrating Winning
Performance is simply
a must if you are serious
about developing
yourself as a global
leader. The program
addresses the full range
of global leadership
capabilities: strategic,
execution, stakeholder
and personal leadership.
You learn how to improve
long-term business
results by creating
a strategic direction,
translating it into actions,
engaging internal and
external stakeholders
in organizational change,
and driving these changes
to a personal level.
DESIGN YOUR OWN
PERSONAL PROGRAM
SCHEDULE
The flexible design of Orchestrating Winning Performance allows you
to customize what you learn. The day begins with your choice of Insight
Power Hour, which is a session in two formats:
»Learning-by-listening, where cutting edge research is presented by an
IMD Faculty member
»Learning-through-sharing, where an IMD Faculty member facilitates
the co‑creation of solutions to common organizational problems
Next, you choose a Morning Stream and an Afternoon Stream that you will
attend throughout the week.
Finally, you choose a late-afternoon Complete Executive activity, designed
to help improve your mental, emotional or physical health. All this choice
means that you can combine topics so you get up to speed on subjects you
are experienced in, delve into completely new areas, or both. You choose!

EXPAND YOUR
GLOBAL NETWORK
A strong global network has clear benefits – but daily
life is not always conducive to building personal
relationships with peers around the world.
During Orchestrating Winning Performance you will be
among a large number of international executives from
a wide range of industries, and have the chance to build
lasting connections through active class discussions,
extensive group work and a variety of evening events.
OWP has been an excellent chance to
refresh leadership skills, be more
focused and network with business
leaders from around the globe.

IMPROVE YOUR TEAM’S
PERFORMANCE
The program can be further tailored to help teams address a particular challenge.
In addition to special team streams, we can organize dedicated team sessions as
well as pre- and post-program support. During such sessions, our Faculty will
help you to gain clarity on your strategic priorities and prepare you for action.
