SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:
Approve continuation of agreement between The School Board of Broward County, FL and The Department of Juvenile Justice to provide
educational services for students that have been adjudicated to juvenile programs.

These Agreements have been reviewed and approved as to form and legal content by the Office of General Counsel.
