NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Date: 17-01-2015
Sealed quotations are invited form Kolkata based bonafide competent and experienced agencies of
good repute, credentials, and sound financial standing to render professional Canteen & Catering
services for the meeting/seminar etc and canteen of KV No.1 Saltlake for meals/snacks (Preparation
and supply of meals, snacks, tea, coffee and other beverages) for about 120 employees and 2200
students as per demand)
Technical requirements
a) The Contractors or his supervisor should possess Degree / Diploma in catering.
b) The Contractor should have minimum 2 years’ experience of successfully running office
canteens/ hostel canteens / institutional catering services for about 100 employees.
c) The Contractor should have to submit the following documents along with quotation:
(i)
Latest valid Income Tax clearance certificate,
(ii)
PF code Nos,
(iii) ESIC code Nos
(iv) A list of similar works executed including works in hand.
(v)
The Vidyalaya invites sealed tenders from working or eligible tenderers for the above
mentioned work :i)
The approximate cost of work : Rupees 04 -05 Lakhs per annum .
ii)
Tender Bid Security (EMD)- Rupees 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)
iii)
The tenure of contract -01 (One years)
iv)
Cost of Tender document (Non refundable)-Rs100/-(Rupees one hundred only)
v)
Sale of Tender document- All working days, from the date of issue of tender notice
upto 3.30 pm of 28-01-2015.
vi)
Last date & time of submission of Tender 3.30 pm of 02-02-2015(Monday)
vii) Date and time of Opening of Tender – 03-02-2015. (Tuesday)
Tender form will also be available on the website of the Vidyalaya (www.kv1saltlake.net) and can be
submitted along with requisite tender fee of Rs100/- in the form of DD/ Cheque in favor of “K.V.No.1
Salt Lake VVN Fund” payable at Kolkata.
The experience & Technical form and Rate Chart is to be submitted in a sealed Envelope Marked
“TENDER FOR CANTEEN AND CATERING SERVICES”.
(A) Annexure -1 is the “Experience & Technical Competence” to be filled and signed by the
contractor.
(B) Item wise Base rate is enclosed at Annexure-2, the tenderer may quote his own rate in
appropriate column and signed by the contractor.
(C) KV takes no responsibility for delay, loss or non-receipt of the quotation document sent by
post/courier.
(D) Telex/E-mail offers will not be accepted
