Women of Joy
May 15-17
The Women of Joy Conference is heading to Louisville, KY
May 15-17th. While Women of Joy focuses on the spiritual
needs of women, what sets a weekend at Women of Joy apart
is the time built in for fellowship. Your world moves so fast,
sometimes you need a little time to break away and build relationships or simply strengthen the relationships that you already have. Each Women of Joy weekend is designed around
a core of deep Biblical
teaching and moving worship, with
time for fun sprinkled in. You will be amazed at the difference
that 48 Hours can make with your group of women friends, your
church group, or your daughters! All
ladies of the church are invited to attend. The early-bird registration is
$149/person and includes the conference and lodging. You will need to
register no later than Feb. 1st. For
more info contact Jennifer Godsey.

Youth Parents Please Take Note!!
Please do not drop your kids off at the church
on Wednesday evening until AFTER 5:45
p.m. This will ensure that we have an adult
present who is looking out after their kids. It is
a liability issue to leave a child unattended in
the church building without a responsible
adult.
Prom Dress Give-Away!
CCC is again joining efforts with TGGF (The Granted Grace Foundation) by collecting gently used prom dresses and hosting an event
on February 21st to distribute these dresses to deserving girls who
would otherwise not be able to attend prom primarily in the Campbellsville, Taylor County, Adair, Green and Marion County schools.
If you are interested in serving for this event, please contact Angie
Russell. If you have a dress you would like to donate, please drop
them off at the church office as soon as possible. (We are in need of
some larger size dresses.)
Campbellsville Christian Church Center for Education Registration
Registration for the 2015 – 2016 school year will begin in January. Registration priority is given to
members of the Campbellsville Christian Church, children of CCCCFE staff, and students already enrolled in the school. Registration includes completing and returning registration packets, along with
payment of the supply fee, book fees and 1 week of tuition. Registrations for the up-coming school
year will be taken as follows:
· January - Church members and CCCCFE staff have first priority and can stop by the main office to register in January. Church members not registering in January will be registered along
with all others, in the order that registrations and fees are returned.
·February - Students already enrolled in the school will be asked to register in February.
· March – Children whose parents have filled out a student application, but who are not already
enrolled in the school will be contacted and asked to register in March.
Parents are encouraged to respond promptly. When registration begins in February for returning
students, classes will fill up quickly. When a class is full, children will be placed on a waiting list.
As a vacancy in that class arises, the family will be notified.
More information will be in the registration packet. If you have any further questions at this time,
please contact Brenda Parrish, the director ([email protected])

Youth Small Groups Resume on January 18th
Believe is just around the corner, February 20th &
21st. This is an amazing weekend event specifically designed for Jr. High Students (6th, 7th & 8th
grades). Believe is produced by Christ in Youth,
an organization that has been putting together age-intentional events all over the world for more than
45 years (you can check out their website at www.ciy.com/believe). It takes place in a large auditorium, where your child will worship alongside thousands of other students their age. It’s literally an experience they’ll get nowhere else. It’s also one of the safest and most well organized events we can
take our students to each year.
This year worship will be led by the nationally recognized Christian band Carrollton. There are also
some fun, interactive activities. And best of all, there are messages from some of the nation’s leading
youth leaders – people such as Kurt Johnston from Saddleback Church and Brooklyn Lindsey, who’s
written books such as “A Parent’s Guide to Understanding Teenage Girls.” These people are masters
at communicating with Jr. high students.
We’re excited for Believe and the amazing experiences we’ll have over the weekend. If you have any
questions that can’t be answered by visiting www.ciy.com/believe, then please contact me via email
[email protected] or phone.
