Turnover 2014 on previous year level (organic -0.1%)

Robust growth in the core business driven by increasing travel volumes in Asia

Continued geopolitical turmoil in Egypt, Kenya, Thailand, Ukraine and Russia as well
as adverse currency movements led to lower overall top line growth. Currency impact
of -1.7% and impact from divestments of -1.0%
EBIT is expected to be around CHF 85 million
Net profit is expected to be around CHF 66 million including accrued charges from the
divestiture project
The full year results will be announced as previously stated on 17 March 2015
