ffLeadership matters. With great leadership we can be inspired and
inspire others. Whether in our personal lives or our professional
careers we all have a leadership role, guiding our patients to better
health and leading our clinic teams; we are all chiropractic leaders.
ffLeadership doesn’t simply start when we get that first job or get the
keys to a new clinic, successful and sustainable leadership starts with
our own attitudes, beliefs and behaviours.
ffTaking responsibility for our actions gives us direction, strength
and the confidence to move forward. How we conduct our lives as
individuals – our inner leadership – will determine our destiny and,
ultimately, our success.
ffThe aim of this conference is to equip you with the knowledge
and tools to build your leadership skill. Become a chiropractic
leader in all you do.
Lead to succeed will offer exciting perspectives on the key
determinant of professional success and personal happiness…
