Weather Cancellations
This is the time of year for weather delays and cancellations. Please make sure the office has your current contact information for our call-em-all/text-em-all list. Remember, if Clinton is open but public schools are cancelled
in the district you live in, you will not be penalized for missing school. Safety is our highest priority, so don’t risk
harm if the weather is dangerous. Don’t forget to “friend us” on FACEBOOK at Clinton Christian Goshen, “follow
us” on TWITTER and INSTAGRAM @CCSGOSHEN, and check the CCSGOSHEN.ORG website for important school
notifications. Finally, all delay or cancellation information will be listed on local news channel websites.
Student PICK– UP
For after school pick-up students will stay outside the south doors until 3:15. At 3:15 they will wait in the cafeteria,
and parents will need to come in the building through the main front doors to pick them up.
Spring Festival & Auction
It’s hard to believe the preparations have begun for our Annual Spring Festival & Auction. Participating in this allschool event is a requirement for current patrons; therefore, please mark your calendars and plan to make this
a priority. In addition, the list of businesses we contact for donations is out for you to view in the front office.
Stop by this week and choose the three businesses you would like to contact for donations. If you do not choose
your businesses from the list, three will be randomly assigned to your family. If a business is not listed and you
think it would be a good contact, please add it to the master list in the office with your name beside.
Renweb communications
Over the next few weeks we will begin sending more communications to you via the renweb parents web portal.
Please ensure you have logged on to parents web. Please let the office know if you are having difficulties.
SHOW YOUR SCHOOL SPIRIT
We encourage all our fans to get excited about showing their school spirit at home basketball games. Here is
what we have planned for the rest of the season: PAC Sponsored White Out Night: January 23rd (everyone wears
white, special giveaways), Black Out: January 31st (everyone wears black), and Senior Night: February 3rd
(honoring our seniors). Let’s build even more crowd spirit this winter to show our support for the CCS Couriers!
As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.
