This Brick house has a centrally
located kitchen with stainless steel
appliances and lots of storage. Just
off the kitchen is the breakfast nook
which has a lovely view of the large
yard and golf course beyond.
A set of French doors take you to
that yard and have a hurricane shutter
for storms or protection.
The three bedrooms and two baths
are a split concept. The Master bath
has a large shower with built in seat.
The living room in off the front entry
and the bonus room located at the
rear of the house would make a nice
separate family room.
The two car side entry garage rounds
the house out.
This house has a long list of items
renovated recently including the roof.
Mature trees and evergreen shrubs
help to make this house an effortless
home priced under $200,000!
Give us as a call in the real estate
office at 956-404-0313 and we will
be happy to show this gem or any of
the many other fine properties listed.
And remember we have several lots
available to accommodate your
dream home. So drop by our
office in the courtyard.

Tips from
the Pro
Think Conservative but
Swing “Cocky”
Often times golfers will find themselves
faced with a certain tee shot that is very
demanding, and the tendency is to try
and steer the ball into the fairway,
which very seldom works. In this case it
is best to pick a club that you are very
confident with and swing the heck out
of it instead of trying to guide the ball.
Sometimes it may even require you to
hit an iron or a hybrid off the tee, but
no matter which club you choose, you
must swing ‘cocky’ with that club, as
this will enable you to find the fairway
more times than not. Also this will take
some of the trouble out of play just in
case you don’t strike it perfectly. Email
me at [email protected] for suggestions for
next month’s tip or to set up a lesson.

All Valley Women’s
Golf Association Tournament
Congratulations to over very own
Sylvia Hobbs for winning low net in
the Championship flight, and fellow
member Jessie Gonzalez for taking
2nd low net in the 3rd flight.
Special thanks to the All Valley Women’s
Golf Association for allowing us to host
their tournament, it seems all the ladies
had a great time even though the course
played tough that day due to the soft
fairways from the rain that week!
Please help us in congratulating
Wendy Werley Bullock our LPGA
Director of Sports & Wellness for
receiving the U.S. Kids Top 50 Teacher
Award for 2014. She was awarded this
designation in 2012 and 2013 which
has now earned her the title of Master
Kids Teacher. This award annually
recognizes the world’s most
outstanding youth golf instructors.
Since the award was introduced in
2007 only 78 instructors worldwide
have earned the designation. Wendy
will be honored in a ceremony later
this month at the annual PGA Trade
Show in Orlando, Florida.
