eligible household belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) for allotment of four storeyed flats on
hire purchase basis. The scheme is likely to be financed by HUD$O/NHB. The application form duly filled in
shall be submitted alongwith requisite amounttothe authorized branch of the bankonly.

the price will be worked out as per pricing policy of the Board on the basis of actual expenditure,
and flats will be allotted/possession handed over at that price. The price thereafter may increase
dueto:
a) Enhanced Land Compensation.
b) Arbitration awards.
c) Anystatutorytaxes/levies.
d) Construction period
e) Litigation.
The price of the cornerflat may vary according to the increase/decrease in the dimensions.
TERMS/MODE OF PAYMENT
1.
The application should be in the prescribed form duly accompanied with the requisite amount in the
form of demand draft in favour of Housing Board Haryana payable at the place/station where
application is to be submitted.
