for 2015-16 School Year
Mon, Feb. 2 - Thu, Apr. 30 at 4:00pm is the Open
Enrollment application window in which you can request
a non-resident student attend an Ashwaubenon school
for the 2015-16 school year. These dates are set by the
State and strictly enforced - NO exceptions.
Current students attending an Ashwaubenon school
under Open Enrollment do not need to re-apply.
You are encouraged to APPLY ONLINE at:

In January 2015, a registration packet was sent home to
all known potential 4K & 5K residents,
those that will be:
4 years-old on or before Sept. 1, 2015 for 4K.
5 years-old on or before Sept. 1, 2015 for 5K.
If you have not received this packet, stop by the
Cormier office, 2280 S. Broadway,
weekdays between 7:30am to 3:00pm.
Please bring proof of residency, child’s birth certificate
and immunization records.
