Applicants for permanent resident visas must show evidence that they
have met one of the five commitments to New Zealand:
영주권 신청자는 뉴질랜드에 아래 다섯 가지 확약사항 중 한가지에

1. If you are applying on the basis of time spent in New Zealand in the
past 24 months you do not have to provide any extra evidence, other
than your passport(s).

2. If you are applying on the basis of tax residence status you should
provide evidence of tax residence in New Zealand for the 24 months
immediately preceding your application.
Acceptable evidence includes:
주거세 현황(tax residence status)을 기준으로 비자 신청하는 경우,
비자신청을 진행하는 즉시 24개월 동안 뉴질랜드내에서 주거세를 지불한
증빙자료를 제출해야 하며 제출 가능한 서류는 다음의 사항을

period for which you have been assessed as having tax residence

3. If you are applying on the basis of investment in New Zealand you
should provide evidence that:
뉴질랜드내 투자(Investment in New Zealand)를 기반으로 비자 신청하는
경우, 다음의 증빙자료를 제출해야 합니다:

you have maintained an investment of $1,000,000 in New
Zealand for 24 months,
24개월 동안 뉴질랜드 내에서 뉴질랜드 달러 1,000,000의 투자
자금을 유지하였고,

the investment funds were originally transferred to New
Zealand through the trading bank system, or were been
earned or acquired lawfully in New Zealand,
투자자금이 은행 거래 시스템을 통해 뉴질랜드로 반입되었거나
뉴질랜드 내에서 법적으로 취득하였고,

the funds were invested in New Zealand in New Zealand
currency and under normal circumstances, capable of
providing a commercial return, and

보상을 제공할 수 있고,

the funds have not been used for your own personal use, or
as collateral for any loan during the 2 year investment period,
(unless the money loaned remained within New Zealand and
in New Zealand dollars only).

4. If you are applying on the basis of a business in New Zealand that
has been trading for at least 12 months immediately preceding the
date the application for a permanent resident visa is made, you
should provide evidence that you:
영주권 비자 신청을 진행하는 시점으로부터 즉시 최소 12 개월 동안
무역한 뉴질랜드 내 사업(Business in New Zealand)을 기반으로 비자를
신청하는 경우, 다음의 증빙자료를 제출해야 합니다:

have established or purchased, a business operating in New
Zealand; or
뉴질랜드 내에서 설립하였거나 매입한 사업을 운영; 또는

have invested in a business in New Zealand by purchasing
25% or more of the shareholding of an established business.

You must also provide a set of the latest accounts relating to that
business certified by a New Zealand chartered accountant which
confirms that in their view the business is a going concern.
사업이 성업중임을 확인하는 뉴질랜드 공인 회계사가 증명하는 사업과
관련된 가장 최근의 거래내역서 또한 반드시 제출해야 합니다.
5. If you are applying on the basis that you have established a base
in New Zealand you should provide evidence that you own and
maintain a family home in New Zealand such as:

mortgage documents or title deeds to the residential property

Evidence of genuine full time paid employment in New Zealand for a
period or periods amounting to at least 9 months in the 24 months
immediately preceding the date your application for a permanent
resident visa is made.

또는 9 개월 정도의 기간동안 뉴질랜드 내에서 풀타임 지불 형태의

If you don’t meet the requirements for the issue of a permanent
resident visa and wish to be issued with a variation of travel conditions
on the basis of tax residence status in New Zealand you should
provide a statement from the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) for
the period for which you have been assessed as having tax residence
status, or
만약 영주권 비자 발급에 필요한 사항을 충족하지 못하고 뉴질랜드 내
거주세 현황(Tax residence status)을 기반으로 “Variation of Travel
conditions”로 발급받기를 희망하는 경우, 세금관기기관(IRD)로부터
주거세 현황(Tax residence status)에 대해 24개월 동안에 대해 평가
받았다는 진술서를 제출하거나 또는
• the INZ form Confirmation of Tax Resident Status (INZ 1006)
completed and endorsed by Inland Revenue Department.

If you are the partner of a New Zealand citizen and do not meet the
requirements for a permanent resident visa and you wish to be issued
a variation of travel conditions you should show that either:
신청자가 뉴질랜드 시민권자의 파트너이고 영주권 비자 발급에 필요한
사항을 충족하지 못하고 체류조건 변경(Variation of travel conditions)을
발급받기를 희망하는 경우 아래 두 가지 사항 중 한 가지라도 충족해야
합니다.
 you were granted a resident visa under Partnership Category
on the basis of your relationship with your New Zealand citizen
partner and the relationship is ongoing, or
뉴질랜드 시민권자인 파트너와의 관계에 기반한 파트너쉽 초청
이민비자를 받았고 두 사람이 실제로 지속적인 관계를 가지고
있는 경우,
 you were granted a resident visa under a different residence
category, and you can provide evidence that you have been
living with your New Zealand citizen partner in a genuine and
stable relationship for at least 12 months.
다른 이민비자 범주에 대하여 비자를 발급 받았고 뉴질랜드
시민권자인 파트너와 최소 12개월 동안 실제로 지속적인 관계를
가지고 함께 거주해 왔다는 증거자료 제출
If you are seconded overseas as part of your New Zealand
employment, you don’t meet the requirements for a permanent
resident visa and wish to be issued a variation of travel conditions,
you should provide a statement of support from your New Zealand
employer confirming that you are required overseas.
신청자가 뉴질랜드의 고용형태의 하나로서 파견 근무자이며 영주권 비자
발급에 필요한 사항을 충족하지 못하고 체류조건 변경(Variation of travel
conditions)을 발행받기를 희망하는 경우 뉴질랜드 고용주로부터 본인이
필요한 파견근무자임을 확인해주는 지원서를 제출해야 합니다.
If you are the partner of a New Zealand citizen, and wish to be issued
with a second or subsequent resident visa you should show that either:
신청자가 뉴질랜드 시민권자의 파트너이고 2차 또는 차후 이민 비자를
발급받기를 희망하는 경우 아래 두 가지 중 한가지라도 충족해야 합니다:
 you were granted a resident visa under Partnership Category
on the basis of your relationship with your New Zealand citizen
partner and the relationship is ongoing, or
뉴질랜드 시민권자인 파트너와의 관계에 기반한 파트너쉽 초청
이민비자를 받았고 두 사람이 실제로 지속적인 관계를 가지고
있는 경우,
 you were granted a resident visa under a different residence
category, and you can provide evidence that you have been
living with your New Zealand citizen partner in a genuine and
stable relationship for at least 12 months.
다른 이민비자 범주에 대하여 비자를 발급 받았고 뉴질랜드
시민권자인 파트너와 최소 12 개월 동안 실제로 지속적인 관계를
가지고 함께 거주해 왔다는 증거자료 제출
If you are seconded overseas as part of your New Zealand
employment and wish to be issued a second or subsequent resident
visa, you should provide a statement of support from your New
Zealand employer confirming that you are currently required overseas
and that you were required overseas when your resident visa expired.
신청자가 뉴질랜드 고용형태의 하나인 파견근무자이고 2차 또는 차후
이민비자를 발급받기를 희망하는 경우, 이전 이민 비자가 만료되었을
당시 신청자가 필요한 파견근무자였으며 현재 필요한 파견근무자임을
뉴질랜드 고용주가 확인해주는 지원서를 제출해야 합니다.
