This program is NOT your typical training. It is twoday intensive immersion in to the how’s and why’s of
proper training. The program will not be a “sit-andlearn” training. This a hands-on “boot camp” all about
learning and applying skills immediately. This program

training team will return with polished skills grounded
in your club’s culture along with templates to create
amazing trainings geared to your members’ radar.

size is extremely limited due to the hands-on nature
of the training. We only want clubs to register that
are committed to forward movement, and to the
growth and development of their teams.
Graduates will receive 18 hours of CMAA credits
(provided there are 5 CMAA members present) in only
two days of education as well as a certificate upon
successful demonstration of skills.
The investment in this certification program is only $595
including course materials, certificate and meals. This is
