Scrutineering Starts 12.00pm on 24th of January 2015. Scrutineering Location Top of Grid Drivers Briefing Starts 12:30 pm. All drivers must attend. Should a Driver be under the age of 18 years old, their parent/legal guardian must also attend the Drivers Briefing. Refer Competition Rules Chapter 1 Rule 6. Drivers Briefing Location Top of grid One lap warmup leading into one 5 minute Qualifying. Qualifying/Race Mechanical Breakdown Lane Abandonment or Postponement Prizes/Trophies/Comments Practice Race: One 3 hour race commencing at 1.30pm. Racing concludes at the completion of 3 hours from the start. Not in Use The Organizers reserve the right at their sole discretion to abandon, postpone or cancel any event(s). Refer General Rules Chapter 1 Rule 24. Encouragement awards may be offered at the discretion of the organisers. Insurance Insurance has been effected for this meeting in accordance with General Rules Chapter 3. Noise Levels Maximum permissible noise levels shall be in accordance with Chapter 24 All fuel is to be 98 octane and can be no older than three days old. Teams must submit a fully completed Fuel Form including attached receipt indicating that fuel meets the requirements specified. Fuel Requirements Each team is to provide 15 Litres for both racing and qualifying to the fuel to the Marshal by the cutoff time indicated in the event program. Failure to provide the correct amount of fuel will result in a 5 minute race time penalty per Litre undersupplied or part thereof. Excess fuel at the event’s conclusion will be divided equally between all teams in attendance.
