SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS.
1. Authority
The meeting will be held under the International Sporting Code of the FIA, the
General Karting Regulations and National Competition Rules of KA and any
further addendums and bulletins to the regulations.

7. Entry
The Fee for Entry in each Event shall be $110.00 with any 2nd Class Entry an
additional Fee of $80.00 for the same Entrant.
The Date and Time for close of Entries shall be Saturday, 25th October,2014
at 10.30 am.
Pre-entries will be accepted up to 5.00pm on Wednesday, 22nd October,
2014 and may be paid by Direct Deposit to the Dubbo Kart Club, BSB
012615, Acc. No. 2124 17414 and must include as reference the Entrants
Kart Number, Name and Class, for example 22, Smith, SNL. Payment
may be by Direct Deposit on Pre-entry OR Cash or Approved Cheque
only at the Track. Note that the Club does not have Eftpos or any Credit
Card Facilities at the Track.
Minimum Licence requirement is Grade D Provisional, subject to Class
Licence restrictions
8. Minimum Entries
The minimum number of Entries per Class shall be 5. If insufficient Entries
are received for a Class, Classes may be cancelled or run co-jointly at the
discretion of the Organiser.

9. Format of Racing
NO PRACTICE ALLOWED FROM AND INCLUDING THE MONDAY PRIOR
TO EACH EVENT.
One (1) only five (5) lap unofficial practice Saturday morning.
Saturday and Sunday racing
One six minute qualifying session to determine starting grid positions for the
three (3) heats.
For combined classes the qualifying position will be the starting position for
the three heats.
Pre-final starting grid position determined by the combined heat results
Final starting grid position determined by the pre final finishing order.
Three (3) heats of six (6) kilometres
Pre-final of nine (9) kilometres
Final of eleven (11) kilometres
Points over all from the heats, pre-final and final will determine the overall
winner.
For combined classes, points will be awarded in class finishing order.
Series winners will be announced after the completion of the round
presentation at the Grenfell.
The series winner in each class will be the person with the highest points
score for the series, regardless of rounds competed.
To be eligible for the series major prize/s the driver must have entered in
and competed in all five (5) rounds and be present at the draw at the
final round in Grenfell.
To be eligible for any other prizes the driver must have competed in at least
one (1) round and be present at the draw at the final round in Grenfell. The
drivers name will be entered into the minor draw with one entry for every
round competed in.
Points
Points for the rounds are as follows:
1st = 0 points, 2nd = 2 points. 3rd = 3 points, 4th = four points and so on. DNS
and DNF will be the number of entrants plus one (1) point. The winner of the
round will be the driver with the least points.
Points for the series are as follows:
1st = 20 points, 2nd = 17 points, 3rd = 15 points, 4th = 13 points, 5th = 11 points,
then dropping by 2 points per place down to 1 point.
At the completion of the series the points for all five (5) rounds will be totalled
and the driver with the highest points score will be determined the winner.
In the event of a draw, Rule 16.14 will be applied as per the 2014 KA Rule
Book

11. Prizes
As per the Series Supplementary Regulations.
12. Mechanical Breakdown Lane
A mechanical breakdown lane will not be in use.
13. Fuel
Refer Chapter 22
Controlled Fuel in accordance with Chapter 22 is to be used at this Meeting
and is to be obtained from the Caltex Service Station, corner Bourke and
Erskine Streets, Dubbo. Fuel testing may be carried with the use of a Digitron
Fuel Tester
14. Historic Kart Demonstrations
A Historic Kart track demonstration will not be conducted at this meeting per
Chapter 47.
