IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING CLASSES:
 Minimum of 5 VALIDATED ENTRIES constitutes an eligible class (must be subscribed by the 3rd of
November 2014). Payment is required to validate entry.
 All classes weights, unless noted above, as per the 2014 WA State Rules and the 2014 Karting
Australia Manual.
 Allowable classes may be run at the same time as per 2014 Karting Manual.
 All current State Rules are available on the Karting WA website. www.kartingwa.com.au
 KZ3 will be standing starts and tyres must be MG Yellows.
 The first 5 placegetters in each class will be scrutineered.

289 Point System over 5 Heats
The club reserves the right to alter the number of Heats/laps on the day.
Heat 1 – Random Ballot – 8 Laps
Heat 2 – Reverse Random Ballot – 8 Laps
Pre Final 1 – Highest Points to Front – 8 Laps
Pre Final 2 – Highest Points to Front – 10 Laps
Final 1 – Highest Points to Front – 10 Laps
Junior Performance:
As Above for Heats 1 & 2, Pre Final 1 & 2
Final 1 – Highest Points to Front – 15 Laps
KZ3:
As Above for Heats 1 & 2, Pre Final 1 & 2
Final 1 – Highest Points to Front – 20 Laps

1. AKA Online Entries with AKA CM:S (preferred method)
Log on to your driver information via https://app.austkarting.com.au/aka/member/
using your ID number and password.
Under ‘My Details’ functions, choose ‘Pre Enter Race Meeting’, select the meeting to enter and type in
your details.
Please ensure your Kart number, Transponder number and Class is correct.

DRIVERS REGISTRATION:
Will be held in the EGKC Club Room – please have available your AKA Smart
Card and Scrutineering Form in order to register and collect your engine seal.
Restrictors must be sealed and number recorded on Scrutineering form prior to registration.
Scrutineering forms to be handed in at Drivers Registration. Self Scrutineering required for all other
classes. P Platers to be scrutineered. Drivers must be scrutineered & registered before official practice.

TIMETABLE:
Friday:
8.00am – Gates open
8.00am - 9.00pm – Unofficial practice
5.30pm-7.30pm - Drivers Registrations/Scrutineering
Saturday:
Drivers must participate in official practice as per rule 16.3 and 16.4.
7.00am-8.30am –Official practice (5 minutes per class)
8.30am – Gates Close and Track Inspection
9.00am – Official’s Brief
9.30am – Driver’s Brief
10.00am – Flag Drops, racing will continue under the lights.
Clear Visors must be worn under lights.
Short Break for sunset
Dinner Break to be advised on the day
CANTEEN HOURS:
Friday:
5.00pm – 9.00pm Open for cold drinks, packet chips.
Pizzas will be available on the night
Saturday:
8.00am- 10.00am Breakfast available
10.00am – 5.00pm Canteen open with a full selection of hot food and cold
drinks available.
Saturday Night BBQ Meal available. Please pre order and return attached
form prior to close of Registrations on the 31st October 2014.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
! Camping is permitted at the track – power is available – generators are allowed
! Bar and canteen facilities available. Occasional Liquor License conditions prohibits

! ALL ANIMALS ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE CLUB GROUNDS
! PARENTS: PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES IN AND AROUND
THE CLUB FACILITIES
! The use of skateboards, bikes, ripsticks, scooters are NOT permitted during the life
of the race permit.
PRESENTATIONS:
Approximately 1 hour after completion of event.
 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Trophies will be awarded for each class.
 2 Gold nuggets will be randomly drawn (1 senior and 1 Junior
Driver).
 Heaps of spot prizes and giveaways for all, at presentations.
 All winners of prizes including nuggets must be present to
collect their prize.
