Dear Friends & Colleagues of MCD Media:
The MCD Golf Invitational Committee invites you to participate in the annual MCD Golf outing on
Friday, July 17, 2015 at Eaglewood Resort in Itasca, IL. Individuals that maintain an open account with Condo
Lifestyles or Chicagoland Buildings & Environments/the Landscape Buyer Magazines (subscribers & sponsors) are
invited to play.
There will be prizes for serious golfers as well as fun-loving golfers. Each foursome will play “Best Ball Scramble” format. We have also added Bocce Games this year!
There will be prizes for Best Ball Scramble Team Score, Men’s & Women’s Longest Drive, Longest Putt, Closest to the
Pin & others. Gag prizes may include Most Balls Lost in Water/O.B. (Double # balls lost), Shortest Drive off Tee, and
Worst Team Score. We’ll also consider your ideas if you like.
Sponsorships (including registration) are available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration for Golf, and Reception is $175.00 per person. Registration for Bocce and Luncheon Only are $95 per. Individual registrants will be
paired randomly by our committee. We suggest you prearrange your foursome for golf or your twosome for bocce,
however, each participant (by name) must be pre-registered. All property managers and community board members
are welcome. Players from Vendor firms must be from a company or organization that maintains an open account
with MCD Media.
Sponsors of the MCD Golf Outing will be recognized via signage (at a Tee, Green or for a Special Prize/Contest and in
the Program information which will be distributed to all attendees, Contest sponsors are mentioned at the Awards/
Reception, Major sponsors are included in photo spreads in future issues of MCD Publications. Sponsorships do not
include Golf or Dinner fees. If your firm can provide a door prize (gift certificate, rounds of golf, event tickets, etc.)
or a specialty advertising item (balls,tees,bags,etc,) please let us know. You will receive special recognition for the item
you provide. Select items including hats, towels, and shoebags may be custom produced to include the event name.
Full or partial sponsorships are available for these items.
Simply fill out the registration form and return it with your payment by July 1. Your participation will certainly
help make the 2015 MCD Golf Outing a success. We hope you can join us, Should you have any questions, concerns

opens), 18 Hole Tourney Shotgun Start at 9:00 am, Hospitality carts & Raffles all day, Bocce Games open at 10:30 am,
