In the unlikely event that an intended purchase is out of stock, we will inform the purchaser promptly. 5. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone. Zone 1 England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. RETURNS Purchasers may cancel the order by informing us within 28 days after receiving the delivery. Goods must be returned unopened, sealed and in original condition together with the original invoice within 7 days of the date cancelled. We will refund the purchase within 30 days of you notifying us about returning the product. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of returning the product to Rare Scotch whiskies and the liability for damage or loss in transit is the responsibility of the purchaser. 8.
