Warning of Phishing e-mail/SMS and website
We wish to inform you of the recent phishing activities that involve sending
fraudulent e-mail/SMS to random users stating that your account has problems or
the Bank’s security has been upgraded and requires you to take some actions by
clicking the link embedded in the e-mail/SMS, which then directs you to the
fraudulent website that looks identical to the real one. The fraudulent URL (website
address) may or may not resemble bank’s URL.

The Bank does not have a policy of sending you an e-mail or SMS that contains a
link for you to click in order to access any system at the Bank, install application on
mobile phone/smart phone to work parallel with Internet Banking or ask for any
personal information. We wish to remind you once again that if you want to access
ICBC Internet Banking or any other systems at the Bank, you must manually type in
www.icbcthai.com
