Signature Consent Process
Of course you want to have a paperless workflow, but it is
important that best practices be applied to the electronic
signing of documents. ProSign is designed to gather each
signer’s consent to sign the documents electronically, and
allows each signer to control the application of their signature
image to each signature line on each of the documents.
Each signer’s actions during the signing ceremony are
recorded in the transaction audit log, providing an evidentiary
record of the signature process.

For security reasons, the signature image is never retained
for future use. When the signing ceremony is complete, the
signature image is purged from ProSign, leaving only the
signed documents and associated audit trail.
