Track Closure: 31st Jan—1st Feb
For your safety, Brisbane’s Airtrain will be undergoing routine track maintenance on Saturday the 31st of January and Sunday
the 1st of February 2015. As a result, Airtrain will not be running between these dates, but will instead be replaced by two
alternative rail-busses running between the Brisbane Domestic and International Terminals to either Roma Street Railway
Station or to Eagle Junction Railway Station. Any pre-purchased tickets (including staff weeklies) and Go Cards will operate as
normal. For the quickest boarding time, it is advisable to pre-purchase Airtrain Tickets online. Please allow for extra travel
time when using the Airtrain service between these dates.
If you are at the International Airport, simply head to the far left
hand side of the Arrivals Hall, through the glass doors to the Bus
Terminal and wait there for the bus. If you need to purchase a
ticket, please do so at the Information Desk in the centre of the
Arrivals Hall. Airtrain staff will be situated in the Arrivals Hall and
Bus Terminal if you need any assistance. An instructional video will
also be made available on our website at www.airtrain.com.au and
on or social media feeds closer to the date to show you how to get
there.
If you are at the Domestic Airport, make your way onto the Skywalk and head left of the central travelators and
follow the Airtrain signs to the Bus Terminal and wait under the
shaded area for the rail-bus. If you need to purchase a ticket,
please do so by heading up the central travelators on the Skywalk,
to the Airtrain Station ticket counter. Once you have purchased a
ticket, head back down to the Skywalk and follow the signs to the
Bus Terminal. Airtrain staff will be situated on the Skywalk and Bus
Terminal if you need any assistance. An instructional video will also

there.

Busses will be traveling frequently to Roma Street and Eagle Junction
Train Stations. However, please allow for extra travel time on these days.
Any passengers needing terminal transfers can use either bus.

Bus 1—Roma Street (every 15 mins): Bus Route– Domestic,
International, Roma Street.

Bus 2– Eagle Junction (every 30 mins): Bus Route– Domestic,
International, Eagle Junction, Wooloowin, Albion, Bowen Hills.
