In January 2015 this conference will be held at the Victoria Hotel in Basel, which is in close vicinity
to the SBB Basler railway station and can therefore be easily reached by public transport. If you do
not choose to come by train, sufficient and accessible parking space is available as well. One of
the main reasons to organize this conference in the Victoria Hotel is the fantastic setting of the
auditorium and the «Universum» restaurant surrounded by glass and offering fabulous views over
the roofs of the Basler city.

Swiss legislation dealing with Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) is undergone profound
modifications and these changes will drastically alter our current options and treatments protocols.
We will have to adapt our attitudes to the new options, made possible by a modern and Europeantype law. One of the novel options likely to become available in Switzerland soon might well be
«oocyte donation». If allowed, the law proposal allowing oocyte donation will be issued in very
similar terms already given by the well-established regulations on semen donation.
