Long-term investment in the energy sector in BH working status

This project needs to present a status position of Bosnia and Herzegovina after the signing
of the Agreement Establishing the Electric Power Board of southeastern Europe.
This Agreement has realized the demands that are conditional to Bosnia and Herzegovina
met the requirements for the signing of the Treaty establishing the Electric Power Board of
southeastern Europe.
After signing the contract I took over all the obligations to use power status equal member of
the community.
In this way, BH has created the conditions to invest in the energy sector under the rules of
functioning of the electricity boards.
Accordingly, we believe that any potential investors from Europe and especially from
countries that do not belong to the EU, the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina needs
to make the advantages of investing in the energy sector interpreting rules and obligations
relating to the suitability of investment in its energy sector.
Timely informed potential investors for investment in the energy sector in BH will acquire
substantially more confidence and long-term The quality of lying in the energy sector.










Conditions conducted by the signing of the Agreement on the Establishment of electricity
boards for South Eastern Europe.
Gross obligations relating to the following conditions:
Edited and established a public function of the Competition Council of BH
Organized a public function of the Independent Operator NOS.
Organized by the State Regulatory Agency SERC.
Organized by the state-run company Transmission Company, which has the most important
function for the transmission system network, ensuring the quality of electricity exchanges
within Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the Member States of the Community.
Established the Regulatory Agency for Electricity in the Serbian Republic and the
Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Established a register of qualified buyers who use the mechanisms of the liberalization of
purchasing electricity for each year in the best bidder.
Established in the relevant electricity market
Established the mechanism of functioning of the electricity market by the "principle of offer regulation - demand for electricity."












