OBJECTIVE It aims to: 1. Improve the capability of LGUs to develop and manage sound and responsive workforce development programs that can harness individuals in the community resulting to job creation and employment generation; and 2. Contribute to sustained local economic development through workforce development and skills training PROGRAM COMPONENTS 1.
