Thank you for your interest in the Creative Motivations product line. We pride ourselves on producing high quality, eye-catching and effective products that meet the unique needs of our growing
community. Currently, most of our items are handcrafted, and done so with great care and
attention to detail, to ensure that the customer receives the highest quality product possible every
time. Because of the handcrafted nature of many of our items, small variations are natural and
should be expected.
The following outlines our Educators Discount policy and terms. Please read this carefully and if
there is any question or concern, feel free to email and discuss it with us. We are in business
because of happy customers and look forward to having you and your organization as one of
them.
Educators pricing is confidential in nature. Only approved organizations are privy to our discounted
prices. Please submit your application and any additional credentials to:
[email protected] (if online, just click the “submit” button) to receive confidential pricing.
Your information will be used only to verify your status as a qualified educational organization and
will not be shared with any person, group or entity for any other purpose. Once validated, you will
be given a user id and password to access our Educators Discount pricing pages on-line and/or
the Educators Discount price list and catalog will be emailed to you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: By requesting access to our Educator’s Discount Pricing, you understand and
agree to keep this information confidential. Sharing this information with anyone not directly
responsible for purchasing or decisions on purchasing for your organization is grounds for withdrawal of your application and approval.
Minimums
The minimum opening order for Educators Discount pricing is $100 USD for US customers, and $75
per order thereafter, and $200 USD for international customers, and $150 thereafter. Buyer is
responsible for shipping, insurance, import taxes and any additional fees. Prices and selections are
based on availability of raw materials and are subject to change without notice. You will always
be notified of any price increase prior to any order being processed to allow you the opportunity
to change or cancel a selection. Likewise, as raw material costs lower, savings we receive are
passed on to our customers.
Some products have per-item minimums to qualify for the Educators Discount (ex. 4pcs/Posters,
6pcs/Card Sets, etc). These minimums AND the order value minimums must be met in order to
qualify for the Educator’s Discount.. Items purchased below the minimums will be charged at
standard retail pricing.

Selections and Availability
We are always improving our products with better materials, improved assembly processes, and revamped designs. Occasionally, an item’s design may be different than that which is pictured in our printed
catalog or online. However, always refer to our website to view the most up-to-date versions of our
products, as well as, to learn about new products and additions to our collections.
Please note, many of our items are handmade and may therefore have slight variations, as must be
expected with handcrafted items.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 10 business days, however, especially larger orders may require additional time
(3-6 weeks) to assemble, especially during the busy season. Please be sure to place holiday orders
(Ramadan/Eid) well in advance to allow sufficient time for processing. If you are purchasing to vend at an
event, please alert us of the dates, so that we may try to accommodate you. Shipping charges are
estimated and unless otherwise requested will be based on best method/best price. Requests for pickup
or special delivery are at the customer's discretion.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of ordering. For orders over $500 USD, a non-refundable 50% deposit is
required at the time of ordering, and the remainder at the time of shipping. For your convenience, we can
accept company checks, credit/debit cards, paypal, e-checks and money orders. Payment by check or
money order must be received and processed prior to production or fulfillment. No COD orders are
accepted.
Returns & Refused Shipments
Merchandise can not be returned until you receive a return authorization number. Email us at:
[email protected] for authorization. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return
unopened/unused products within 10 days. A 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.
All of our products are carefully inspected, securely packed and sealed before leaving the shop. Damage
in transit can happen and must be reported to the carrier immediately. All packages are automatically
insured. Exchanges or credits are offered for incorrect orders in the US upon return and inspection of the
products. With exchanges, return shipping is paid by CM and reshipping costs paid by the buyer. For
international orders, only store credit/discounts are offered as shipping costs are often disadvantageous
for the customer.
Placing an Order
Phone, email, or postal mail may be used to place Educators Discount orders. On-line ED ordering will be
made available as soon as possible.
Special Policies for Educators
Educator’s Discounts are not provided to families and individuals for personal purchases, party favors, gifts,
etc. If you are an individual and would like to purchase our products in bulk for these purposes, bulk
discounts are available to retail customers upon request. Violation of this policy can result in withdrawal of
your Educator’s Status, cancellation of pending orders and restriction from all discounted pricing. Before
submitting your application, please be certain that you are applying under the proper categorization. If
you are not sure, please detail your concerns in the comments section of the application.
Educator Discounts are not designed to allow resale of our products, except in the case of creating
educational materials packages to students to be sold at or near the educators cost (i.e. not for profit). If
you are interested in selling our products in a retail environment, please request a WHOLESALE ACCOUNT
application and pricing.
