I n the interest of administration, the following transfers
and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:
1.
Mr. Arvind Kotwal, KAS, Regional Transport Officer,
Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy
Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Jammu, against the
newly created post.
2.
Mr. Nawab Din, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner,
Ramban, is transferred and posted as Programme Officer,
ICDS Project, Reasi, against an available vacancy.
3.
Mr. Pawan Kumar, KAS, Assistant Commissioner, Nazool,
Jammu, is transferred and posted as Joint Registrar,
Cooperatives, Banking and Finance, against an available
vacancy.
4.
Mr. Tilak Raj Sharma, KAS, Assistant Commissioner
Revenue, Reasi, is transferred and posted as Deputy
Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Recoveries), Jammu,
relieving Mr. Tej Krishan Bhat, KAS, Deputy
Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and
Inspection), lammu, of the additional charge of the post.

Mr. Rajinder Kumar Sharma, KAS, Sub-Divisional
Magistrate, R.S. Pura, is transferred and posted as
Additional Secretary to Government, Labour and
Employment Department.
6.
Mr. Ashwani Khajuria, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate,
Mahore, is transferred and posted as Regional Transport
Officer, Jammu, vice Mr. Arvind Kotwal.
7. Mr. Suraj Parkash Rukwal, KAS, Assistant Commissioner
Revenue, Kathua, is transferred and posted as Additional
Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.

Mr. Babu Ram, KAS, Deputy Director, Consumer Affairs
and Public Distribution, Jammu, is transferred and posted
as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, vice
Mr. Nawab Din.
9.
Mr. Abdul Aziz Sheikh, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate,
Uri, is transferred and posted as Programme Officer, ICDS
Project, Ganderbal, against an available vacancy.
10. Mr. Sukhdev Singh Samyal, KAS, Assistant Commissioner
Revenue, Rajouri, is transferred and posted as Additional
Secretary to the Government, Forest Department.
11. Mr. Naresh Kumar, KAS, Secretary, Jammu Municipal
Corporation, is transferred and posted as Programme
Officer, ICDS Project, Kishtwar, against an available
vacancy.
12. Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Shah, KAS, Sub-Divisional
Magistrate, Sopore, is transferred and posted as
Secretary, Services Selection Board, J&K, vice Mr. Farooq
Ahmad Baba.
13. Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Mir, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate,
Karnah-Tangdhar, is transferred and posted as
Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Pulwama, against an
available vacancy.
14. Mr. Nasir Ahmad Lone, KAS, Deputy Director, Information
(PR), Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional
Magistrate, Sopore, vice Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Shah.
15. Mr. Showkat Ahmad Rather, KAS, Custodian Trade
Facilitation Centre, Salamabad, Uri, is transferred and
posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Uri vice Mr. Abdul
Aziz Sheikh. He shall hold the charge of the post of
Custodian Trade Facilitation Centre, Salamabad, Uri, in
addition to his own duties, till further orders.
16. Mr. Ranjeet Singh, KAS, Collector, Land Acquisition,
Northern Railways, Udhampur/Reasi, is transferred and
posted as Assistant Commissioner, Nazool, Jammu, vice
Mr. Pawan Kumar.
Mr. Deep Raj, KAS, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, DuduBasantgarh, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional
Magistrate, R.S. Pura, vice Mr. Rajinder Kumar Sharma.
Mr. Inam-ul-Haq Sidiqui, KAS, awaiting orders of
adjustment in the General Administration Department, is
transferred and posted as Assistant Settlement
Commissioner, J&K relieving Mr. Raj Mohammad,
Administrative Officer in the office of Financial
Commissioner, Revenue, of the additional charge of the
post.
Mr. Farooq Ahmad Baba, KAS, Secretary, Services
Selection Board, J&K, is transferred and posted as Deputy
Director, Information (PR), Srinagar, vice Mr. Nasir
Ahmad Lone.
Mr. Parvez Sajad Ganai, KAS, Assistant Commissioner
Revenue, Shopian, is transferred and posted as Deputy
Director, ICDS Project, Social Welfare, Kashmir, against
an available vacancy.
Mr. Vaibhav Kohli, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in
the General Administration Department, is transferred
and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Doda,
vice Mr. Subash Chander Dogra.
Mr. Atul Gupta, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the
General Administration Department, is transferred and
posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Kathua, vice
Mr. Suraj Parkash Rukwal.
Mr. Kanchan Bala, KAS, Deputy Director, Youth Services
and Sports, Jammu, is transferred and posted as
Collector, Land Acquisition, J&K Housing Board, Jammu,
vice S. Paramjeet Singh.
Mr. Subash Chander Dogra, KAS, Assistant Commissioner
Revenue, Doda, is transferred and posted as SubDivisional Magistrate, Mahore, vice Mr. Ashwani Khajuria.
Mr. Kewal Krishan, KAS, Deputy Director, Tourism,
Jammu, is transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional
Magistrate, Dudu-Basantgarh, vice Mr. Deep Raj.
26. Mr. Attam Dev Singh, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment
in the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Jammu, is
transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Consumer
Affairs and Public Distribution, Jammu, vice Mr. Babu
Ram.
27. Mr. Ghulam Rasool Wani, KAS, Assistant Commissioner
Revenue, Anantnag, is transferred and posted as
Collector, Land Acquisition, Lakes and Waterways
Development Authority, Srinagar, vice Mr. Shabir-ulHassan.
28. S. Paramjeet Singh, KAS, Collector, Land Acquisition, J&K
Housing Board, Jammu, is transferred and posted as
Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rajouri, vice Mr.
Sukhdev Singh Samyal.
29. Mr. Abdul Satar, Deputy Secretary to Government, ARI
and Trainings Department, is transferred and posted as
Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Reasi, vice Mr. Tilak Raj
Sharma.
30. Mr. Shabir-ul-Hassan, Collector, Land Acquisition, Lakes
and Waterways Development Authority, Srinagar, is
transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate,
Karnah-Tangdhar, vice Mr. Zahoor Ahmad Mir.
31. Mr. Wasim Raja Dar, Deputy Director, Information
(Audio-Visual) in the Directorate of Information, J&K, is
transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner
Revenue, Anantnag, vice Mr. Ghulam Rasool Wani.
32. Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Beigh, Project Officer, Self
Employment, Budgam, is transferred and posted as
Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Shopian, vice
Mr. Parvez Sajad Ganai. Assistant Commissioner
Development, Budgam shall hold the charge of the post
of Project Officer, Self Employment, Budgam, in addition
to his own duties, till further orders.
The arrangement in respect of the officers at S. No 3 to 13
above are being made in continuation of the arrangements earlier
ordered vide Government Order No. 990-GAD of 2014 dated 4.9.2014,
in view of the exigencies of the work and shall be subject to the
outcome of the writ petition(s), if any pending before the competent
Court(s) of law.
It is further ordered that these arrangements shall not
confer any right on the incumbents to claim preferential treatment for
their promotion, as and when the same is made in accordance with the
provisions of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service Rules,
2008.
