Supply of motor vehicle accessories e.g. tyres, batteries, accessories etc.
Design, production and supply of promotional materials e.g. T-shirts, banners,
caps, bags, umbrellas, posters, signages, motor vehicles & facilities branding,
painting works etc.
Designing and printing of calendars, diaries, Christmas cards, brochures etc.
Provision of air travel agency services.
Provision of transport services e.g. taxi services, car hire in Nairobi,
Mombasa, Kisumu, Malindi, Machakos, Meru, Naivasha, Nakuru, Eldoret,
Kitale, Kakamega, Bungoma, Muranga, Nanyuki, Nyeri, Embu.
Provision of courier services countrywide and town delivery services within
Nairobi and its environs.
Provision of hotel accommodation and conferencing services countrywide.
SUPPLY OF GENERAL GOODS & SERVICES
Supply of general stationery & office equipment e.g. photocopying paper,
pens, desks, chairs etc.
Supply of computers (Laptops, desktops, servers), printers, UPS, hard disks,
consumables e.g. toners, cartridges, extension cables etc.
Supply of Uniforms e.g. clinical staff uniform, drivers uniform, dustcoats,
protective clothing etc.
PROVISION OF SERVICES & WORKS
Provision of catering services in Nairobi.

PROVISION OF REPAIR & MAINTENANCE SERVICE TO MSK
EQUIPMENTS & BUILDINGS
Servicing & maintenance of medical equipment across the country.
Servicing & maintenance of office generators across the country.
Servicing & maintenance of fire equipment across the country.
Repair, maintenance and servicing of Telecommunication Equipment and
Accessories e.g. PABX, telephone heads, cables etc.
Repair and maintainance of Computer hardware and equipment e.g. Servers,
routers ,printers, scanners etc.
Repair and maintenance of buildings (offices and clinics)
NOTES:
Prequalification documents can be obtained from our offices along Kindaruma Road, Off Ngong Rd- Kilimani
at the Procurement and Logistics Office during weekdays between 9am -12pm and 2.30pm – 4.00pm upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.3000/= (Kenya shillings three thousand only). Payment should be by
cash at Marie Stopes Kenya Support Office.
Completed Prequalification documents Must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly quoting the
prequalification number and the category applied and be deposited in the Tender box in the Procurement & Logistics
office entrance at the Marie Stopes Kenya offices along Kindaruma Road, Off Ngong Rd- Kilimani or be
addressed to;

So as to be received on or before Tuesday 10th, February 2015 at 5.00pm.
Tenders will be opened thereafter in public and in the presence of those who will have submitted tenders or their
representatives. The tender opening date shall be on Friday 13th, February 2015 at 09.00am.
Marie Stopes Kenya reserves the right to accept or reject any application either in part or wholly and is not bound to
give reasons for its decision.
