HEALTH DECLARATIONS Exhibitors MUST complete the NATIONAL CATTLE HEALTH STATEMENT and post this document with their Application(s) for Entry to the RAS Cattle section by 5pm Friday 30 January 2015. If your Herd Health Status changes between the closing Day of Entry and the start of the Show, you are required to notify the RAS Cattle Section of this change in status. It is the obligation of the Exhibitor to notify the RAS of any Herd Health Status changes. Health certificates not received by 5pm Friday 30 January 2015 result in entries not being processed. Please assist us in this matter by making sure that you return your Health Declaration Forms by the required date. UNETHICAL CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES Unethical conduct and prohibited substances are governed by the RAS General Regulations. Breach of the General Regulations may result in immediate expulsion from the Showground and/or disciplinary action. The RAS General Regulations can be found at www.sydneyroyal.com.au STALLING REQUESTS The RAS will allocate stalling for Exhibits. Stalling of Cattle is done in accordance with Health status and regulations. Grooming frames will be permitted in these areas only. A $100 fine applies to Exhibitors responsible for Grooming frames situated outside authorised areas. Restrictions will be placed on the allocation of grooming frames dependant on the number of cattle Exhibits per Exhibitor. PARKING Exhibitors, please complete the Hill Road (P5-C) Parking Form to book parking and submit, with payment, to the Parking Coordinator - Cattle Section RAS. ACCOMMODATION In order to meet Fire and Safety Regulations, the number of Exhibitors permitted to be accommodated overnight in Cattle Pavilion lofts is a maximum of 3 persons only per loft at any one time. This will be strictly enforced at all times. Where multiple Exhibitors are stalled in a row (notionally 10 head of cattle) they will be required to share the allocated loft accommodation. The RAS arranges for temporary huts, supplementary to existing Lofts allocated within the Cattle Section, to accommodate Cattle Exhibitors for a fee of $95.00 per Hut per night, maximum 4 people per Hut. Exhibitors that will not have access to sufficient accommodation spaces in lofts have the opportunity to book and pay for additional accommodation onsite. These huts are provided on a „user pays‟ basis. The huts are bare of any equipment. To apply for on-site accommodation, fill in the Application for Accommodation and return to the Cattle Coordinator by Friday 27 February 2015. Do not send payment with this application. Hut fees are payable only upon RAS‟ notification to the Exhibitor of hut allocations.
