Pensions Conference Spring 2015 Don't Forget DB!

Pensions Conference
Spring 2015
Don’t Forget DB!
Thursday 5 March 2015, 8.30 – 11.30am
200 St Vincent Street, Glasgow
With the pensions industry currently talking about auto-enrolment,
guidance guarantees, fund charges, defined contribution (DC) governance
and all the new pensions flexibilities due to be introduced from April, there
is a risk that defined benefit (DB) pension schemes take a back seat. At
TDC, we are reminding trustees and sponsoring employers not to forget
about DB schemes and urging them to tackle the big issues of scheme
funding, investment strategy, PPF levies and transfer values.
Once again, we are pleased to be joined by leading pension professionals as
guest speakers. The Glasgow conference will include presentations from
Steve Barker of Barker Tatham, Stephen Richards of Longevitas and Steve
Patterson of Intelligent Pensions.
TDC will also present updated statistics from DB50,
our innovative analysis of the administration, actuarial
and governance aspects of DB pension schemes.
