who aspire to officiate at the Women’s

and she also was one of the 24 inaugural
officials of the WNBA.

application form and also the medical waiver.
I agree to hold harmless and indemnify
the conferences of the South Atlantic
Conference and Atlantic Coast Conference.
Also any members, officers, employees,
commissioners, assistant commissioners,
of said conferences. The Coordinator
of officials of the above mentioned
conferences, the University of North
Carolina, Sylvia Hatchell, Staff, Camp
clinicians of the Sylvia Hatchell Carolina’s
Basketball Camp, Judy Stroud and any staff
associated with said camp.

Day Camper: Camp cost is $175.

Full Camper: Camp cost is $350.

for my benefit, medical, hospitalization,
disability, and liability insurance coverage.

event which shall be sufficient to protect
and cover me from any and all injuries,
claims, damages, and losses which I might

while participating at the “Carolina’s Finest
Referee Camp” at the University of North
Carolina, in conjunction with the Sylvia
Hatchell Basketball Camp, her staff
