inspection at City Hall, 27215 Base Line, Highland, CA 92346, during normal business hours.
Those wishing to address the City Council during the meeting must complete a speaker form
and return it to the City Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. Speakers will be called upon
by the Mayor at the appropriate time to speak.

Those wishing to address the City Council during the meeting must complete a speaker
form and return it to the City Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. Speakers will be
called upon by the Mayor at the appropriate time to speak. Comments are limited to
three minutes and are meant to be an opportunity to express one' s views and not to
debate issues. Complaints and problems relating to policy or personnel matters will be
referred to the City Manager. Citizens desiring to address the Council are asked to give
their name, address and the subject on a speaker form and present it to the City Clerk.
