Weekly Program
Mondays
10:00 to 11:30 am
PEEP for 0 to 9 months old.
Starting 19th January for 9
weeks. At the Alders.
We will provide information
and ideas to help you support
your child’s development and
learning. During the session
there will songs and rhymes,
story time, a creative activity,
play time for the children,
and talking time for adults.

1:30 to 2:30 pm
Friends of Freedom on the
2nd Monday of every month,
starting 12th January. (this is
an invite only session). At the
Alders Children’s Centre.
Tuesdays
09:30 to 11:00 am
Family Play Together at the
RMA
10:30 to 12:00
New Parents Groups at the
Alders. This group is run by
your health visitors for new
parents and their babies 0 to 1
year old. This is a drop in
session where you can have a
cup of coffee and a chat whilst
playing with your baby. Learn
about sleep and weaning too!

10 Week Family Links
Parenting Programme
starting 13th January at the

Wednesdays
9:30 to 11:00 am
Childminders We will provide
the use of our family room for
you and your minded children
to come and play. The room
can be booked on a 6 week
basis if the room is not being
used by the centre. Please
provide your own equipment
for activities. For more

1:00 to 3:00 pm
Health Visitor Baby Weigh
Clinic. At the Alders.
This is a drop in session run by
the Health Visitors. You can
self weigh your baby and your
health visitors are on hand
for advice . Please park your
buggies in the buggy park at
the front of the building.
1:00 to 2:30 pm
Breast Feeding Support is
available every Wednesday
and Friday at the Alders
Children Centre. This is a drop
in session run by the breast
feeding network. Breast
feeding support is available
across Bracknell Forest at
various centres each day of
the week. Please call your
local centre for more
information.

Speech and Language
Drop In on the 3rd
Thursday of every month
at the Alders. If you have
any concerns about your
child’s speech and
language
development, please
drop into the centre
where they can be
assessed by a speech and
language therapist.
Places are on a first
come first served basis.

PEEP for One to Two year
olds
1:30 to 3:00 pm
PEEP for Two to Three
year olds
PEEP is a 9 week course
designed to help your
child’s speech and
language development.
We will provide
information and ideas to
help support your child.
During the session there
will be songs and

9:15 to 11:15 am

Friday of every month

1-1 advice and support
on any parenting related

Church in Crowthorne.
This is a drop in play
session for parents /
carers and their children
0 to 5 years old. Also on
the 2nd and 4th Friday of
every month the Health
Visitors will run their
baby clinic.

Antenatal Drop In Clinic
at the Alders, run by our
Community midwives.
This is a drop in clinic to
discuss any antenatal
issues you may have.
1:30 to 2:30 pm
