ADOPTION PARTY Saturday, February 28, 2015, 9 am – 11 am Stars and Strikes DALLAS 2400 Hiram Acworth Highway Dallas, GA 30157 Plan to attend & meet the child (or children) who may be right for your family! Plan to join us for some fun (bowling, laser tag, bumper cars and arcade games) and a chance to meet and interact with children from all over the state of Georgia, like Jacob, 14 (pictured here). THE DAY OF THE EVENT . . . During a brief orientation you will receive a list of Do’s and Don’ts to guide you through the day as well as a listing of children expected to attend with their ages, interests and case manager’s name for future contact. Approximately 20 children, most between the ages of 9 and 15, will be present. The children’s case managers are usually available to answer your questions at these events. Your children are very important in the matching process, but may cause confusion amongst the other prospective adoptive families in attendance. Therefore, we recommend that the only children who should attend the adoption party are the children in need of adoptive families.
