IRT | Graphic Designer Job Description The IRT Graphic Designer provides a consistently high quality of design and ensures brand continuity across all of the IRT’s materials and communications. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communication & PR, this role works closely with representatives from all departments, as well as the external media, donors and patrons. IRT | Ticket Office Manager Job Description The IRT Ticket Office Manager will have proven experience in ticketing software, staff supervision, recruitment and customer service. Maintaining knowledge of current ticketing trends in the performing arts industry is an essential element to this position. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communication & PR, this role works closely with members of the marketing team as well as patrons. This is a full-time, salary position. Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Oversee operations of the Ticket Office, including: online, phone and walk up sales transactions, will call procedures and flow, CSR scripts and responsibilities, maintenance of banks, etc. Manage seasonal projects and delegate jobs to CSRs to create a taskforce for projects such as Subscription Renewals, Masterfile Cleanup, Subscription Mailings, etc. Hire, schedule, train and maintain CSR staff (up to 8 p/t employees) Act as primary point of contact for the ticket office Maintain ticket sales reports and provide feedback to staff on key findings Maintain healthy work environment and high morale for the CSRs Establish and maintain a powerful hierarchy of knowledge and skills within the CSR group Implement and enforce various internal ticket holds, special accounts, comps, policies Monitor ticket office supplies and equipment Manage CSR relations both with patrons and within the office Liaison between ticket office and telemarketing Act as a scheduled CSR, thereby maintaining a working knowledge of all ticketing processes, special deals, and customer interactions. Compensation consists of a guaranteed hourly base wage + commission. Successful applicants average $9-12/hour. Complimentary theatre tickets if you are a closer. 20-24 hrs/wk.
