Police Accountability/Mass ACLU/Mass NLG; Brigitt Keller,
Executive Director at National Police Accountability Project;
Jennifer Meeropol, Director of the Rosenberg Fund for
Children; Bina Ahmad, Lauren Gazzola & Rachel Meeropol of
the NLG Animal Rights Activism Committee; Holly
Richardson Co-Director of Out Now; kt crossman of the NLG
Queer Caucus; and Nathan Sheard of Mutant Legal. Nadia
Ben-Youssef and Suhad Bishara of Adalah - The Legal Center
for Arab Minority Rights, Attorney Jamil Dakwar of the
ACLU and Professor Amahl Bishara will speak on the legal
rights of Palestinians in Israel. Former political prisoners,
including Kazi Toure & Ashanti Alston of the Jericho
Movement will speak on prisoner support. Karen “Rudy”
Renaud of SEIU Local 888, and Deborah Wright of the
Association of Legal Aid Attorneys - UAW 2325, will discuss
organizing legal workers. Plus a great Saturday night party!
