Evening Reception & Wine Tasting at the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine & Food Science
Please join us for an evening social event at the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine & Food Science.
In 2001, Robert Mondavi, renowned California wine producer, made a personal gift of $25 million to establish the Robert
Mondavi Institute – a complex of three academic buildings along with the Pilot Winery. The Institute has opened a new era
of opportunity for UC Davis in its widely acclaimed wine and food programs. A gourmet food & wine tasting awaits...
The evening will include: A tour of the world’s first LEED Platinum winery, first LEED Platinum brewery and first LEED Platinum
food processing pilot plant and milk-processing lab, a blind wine tasting in the Sensory Theater with 2 reds and 2 whites,
abundant gourmet canapes, and interactive food stations(s).
